Felt bad because I was absolutely shattered and hardly said a word, but she knew exactly what I wanted and my mum even wants to book hers in after seeing my hair. Love it and would like to make regular visits to keep on top of my hair with charlotte.

Kim has yet again coloured my hair to perfection! It's so easy to relax and enjoy my time at this salon because I know I can always be confident in the results. James cuts my hair and having used this salon for 20 years, I don't need to say much more than, do what you think and he does, and it's always great. Fabulous as always!

The cut is ok as a cut, but not what I asked for. The styling seemed a bit cursory and rushed. The stylist was rather abrupt in her manner.

Every time I go to the salon always greeted lovely and also treated nice and Nicole always cuts my hair amazingly and I’m always happy with it and the rest of the staff seem really nice

I highly recommend Aaron! This was my first time at Bristol salon and I was definitely not disappointed. Very pleased with my haircut and the excellent service I received - even though my sister and I were almost 50 mins late our appointment.. (!) all the staff were very understanding, considerate and kind!

Everyone in this hair salon is very friendly and accommodating. I so love Toni and Guy Bristol that I keep coming back and had been using it for over 10 years now. The whole place is very clean and the atmosphere is so welcoming and homely. They serve hot drinks of your choice too which is really good. My hair dresser Faye is very professional. She listens intently to your suggestions. Her attention to details is without a doubt very admirable. Overall I am very happy and satisfied with the result. I highly recommend Faye my hair dresser and Toni and Guy hair salon to anyone who lives in and around Bristol.

OMG. My hair is just amazing if I must say so myself. I feel so confident because I know I look good. James always listens to what I think I want. And puts just enough of his opinion in too. I trust his judgement implicitly.

This is an excellent salon which has recently been refitted. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. James provided his usual exemplary service and gave me yet another fantastic hair cut. I would definitely recommend a visit!

Service was outstanding, and the tea I think you made the right choice letting the customer make there own. Stevie came up with a good idea with changing my style a little, the small changes stevie made where very good I really like her ideas and vision.
