Went for an LVL treatment, eyebrow thread and tint. Not too happy with the outcome. My technician was doubling up as receptionist so the LVL solution was left in for eight minutes, which for me was too long. Lashes on one eye aren’t too bad, but on the other eye the lashes actually seem shorter, curl back against my eyelid and a few have several kinks in them. I was also given insufficient aftercare instructions. I was simply told to brush my lashes every morning and not to let them get wet for 24 hours. I subsequently looked on LVL website and found there is a lot more to it than that! The eyebrow threading was inconsistent and a bit brutal resulting in several scabs under each brow. The brow tint was ok.

Nails looks gorgeous - had previous shellac’s taken off and replaced with French manicure (shellac version).

Went for my treatment today and as always greeted with a smile by the lovely staff that work here. I have had a number of staff carry out treatments here and the results are always fantastic. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and always able to give expert advice. Today was my 6 week waxing appointment and was practically pain free! Highly recommended!

I’ve had my eyebrows done in the salon many times and each time it’s been a nice experience and happy with the results. Service is good.

Relaxing, soothing. Feeling so much better after two weeks of dreadful hayfever.

This was my second microdermabrasion at Beauty Box Clifton. The first one gave a very good result and I was impressed with the service. However, this time it was disappointing. My appointment started 15 minutes late, which I wouldn’t have minded except that it also ended 15 minutes early. So instead of an hour I had 40 minutes. The result has been poor this time, very different to the other time. My skin is still dry and flaky 5 days later, which is not normal. I can only assume the therapist missed out some of the treatment in order to finish early, leading to this poor result. I will choose a different salon next time.

I always get my nails done here and Maggie is definitely one of the best therapist. Not only she is great at advising on colours, but the quality is excellent. My nails last 3 weeks and they look great every time. And it’s always fun atmosphere too.

I always get my shellac nails done by Maggie who is such a perfectionist. She is great at advising on nail colour, and will ask you about reasons for getting your nails done so she can tailor the colour to a specific event if necessary.

Really thrilled with my manicure as ever, thank you. Friendly, efficient staff and excellent therapists.
