Natalia really listened to what I wanted. It was the first time I had my eyebrows tinted and she was careful to check I was happy with each stage. She was very professional and I am really happy with the result.

She’s absolutely wonderful! Makes you feel at ease and comfortable all the way through. Brilliant chat, we seem to go off on tangents about anything and everything! Besides her being awesome generally - treatment was brilliant, exactly what it says on the tin, not painful and I’d definitely recommend to anyone!

1/2 set of lashes-had these a few times now. I ask for natural looking set which aren’t too heavy. Despite very sensitive eyes which water when being applied they are always brilliant. Lashes are patiently applied and I’m always really pleased with them. Highly recommend.

Eyebrows were expertly done & very happy.
Wax- apparently new wax being used. Found it much more painful and hotter than the old wax. Would prefer the old wax & not sure I would come back for a bikini wax if still using third new wax.

I had a shellac manicure with Jo who usually works at the Coldharbour Rd salon but was in the Clifton salon. Jo as usual did a fabulous manicure & is very professional & easy to talk to. Whenever I book an appointment I always try to book Jo as she is a great therapist.
