I travel from Surrey to see Cassie! She was recommended by my sister who also has her hair done by Cassie. She is a genius when it comes to getting the perfect brown shade for dark hair (black/dark dark brown). My hair colour never goes orange, she gets it spot on each time. Was recommended to Lucy by the lady who does my hair extensions. Had my hair done yesterday and so so happy with it!
From start to finish, the whole process from the consultation, skin test, going through exactly what I wanted and getting advice was great. I left the salon yesterday incredibly happy with my hair, after not having it highlighted or coloured in a year, I absolutely love the results and will definitely be returning.
Lucy even gave me advice in styling my own hair, taking the time to explain what she was doing so I could do it myself at home.
I purchased a hair treatment that’s sold at the salon that was recommended after asking for advice which I’m yet to use but excited to try!
The whole team at the Twyford salon I spoke to yesterday and at my consult are a credit there, I felt comfortable and was constantly made sure I was okay for a drink.
