Cassie always does an excellent job. I should know, I have followed her to 4 salons over the past 18 years.
The reason I have given 4 * for atmosphere is that the salon was particularly noisy today with a cupboard door that kept being banged shut very near to where I was sitting. Perhaps look at soft close hinges 😉 or a rubber stopper.

My regular stylist had to take day off so was substituted.
Very odd atmosphere in salon, usually buzzing but felt like people were just waiting for day to end - maybe because virtually zero clients in.
Young woman who washed my hair apart from checking water temp ok and asking if I wanted a head massage didn’t speak.
Hair stylist cut hair as I wanted so a big thumbs up for that BUT I’ve had more conversation with a dentist while they were extracting a tooth. It was very bizarre and I tried to initiate ‘chat’ (I’ve worked in sales and marketing for over 44 years) but after getting EXTREMELY little response I just sat throughout in total silence, all very weird / awkward.
Was never like that when Lucy used to cut my hair or with Amelia since Lucy left for sunny Australia.
I may be very old physically and perhaps considered not relatable to younger people but was a customer regardless of this.
I use the word was as I will not be going back to Zappas Twyford again.
