Was recommended to Lucy by the lady who does my hair extensions. Had my hair done yesterday and so so happy with it!
From start to finish, the whole process from the consultation, skin test, going through exactly what I wanted and getting advice was great. I left the salon yesterday incredibly happy with my hair, after not having it highlighted or coloured in a year, I absolutely love the results and will definitely be returning.
Lucy even gave me advice in styling my own hair, taking the time to explain what she was doing so I could do it myself at home.
I purchased a hair treatment that’s sold at the salon that was recommended after asking for advice which I’m yet to use but excited to try!
The whole team at the Twyford salon I spoke to yesterday and at my consult are a credit there, I felt comfortable and was constantly made sure I was okay for a drink.

Louise did a fantastic job. My daughter wanted to have a ‘style’ for her birthday. She selected a photo and Louise did it exactly how she wanted it. Her face said it all and Louise made her feel so special and beautiful. She really did look gorgeous and everyone commented on how lovely she looked. Louise is so professional and welcoming and a huge asset to Zappa’s. I would t go anywhere else.

Yesterday I had a full head of highlights on my very overdue hair. I had the amazing Cassie, she was fabulous, she listened to my wishes and as being a blonde herself she understood. My highlights are fantastic, she has done a fantastic job. Will definitely be returning, we are now on a mission to have long strong shiny healthy hair and I know together we will achieve!!!

I’ve been to so many salons never got what I wanted tried zappers had louise do my hair she listen to what I said I showed her pictures she even done few tweaks to it to get it right for me couldent recommended her anoth I’ll be going back to her on a regular basis had time for me 5x salon
