Louise (& Hayley 😉) pulled out all the stops to change my son’s pre-Christmas cut when circumstances threw a spanner in the works. After what I know was a really long & very busy day for them both, Hayley welcomed us with her usual friendly warmth, humour and professional hospitality 😉 and Louise brilliantly performed her magic, taking her time to deliver another perfect cut without rushing at all and with the same enthusiasm and interest as if she had just started her day. Each time I visit the salon Kayleigh asks if we are doing the same or something different, we have changed it up a few times and each time I’ve loved the results.
