Lovely cut after a long break by the cheerful Emily.

Have been going to Julian’s for a while now. All the staff are really friendly and make me feel welcome. I am always really pleased with my haircut and highlights. They have clearly gone to a lot of effort to make the salon Covid safe, I was concerned that having my hair cut would not be a pleasant experience due to all the ppe requirements etc at a hairdressers, and was really pleased to find that it was a close to normal as can be expected under the current circumstances. Thank you very much!

Thank goodness for Kellie! After 5 months since my last haircut she has managed to sort out my botched attempt on touching up my roots and my husband’s attempt to cut my hair.! She definitely needs to be classified as a critical worker in my books! Thanks for opening and making the experience feel very safe ??

I went into Julians and wanted to get a fresh look. I showed Em how much I would like off and she made it happen. She advised me what she personally thought looked better which was a blunt cut instead of layers and shaping/no shaping. I love what she did, and with such professionalism, all safe with Covid too!! Ive already booked in for the end of August

I had my hair cut today by Emily for the first time and I will definitely be returning. I felt so comfortable, Emily listened to what I wanted and took her time with my hair which I’m pleased with. Will be back very soon!!

Lovely service, my three children were kept relaxed and clearly felt comfortable with the stylists cutting their hair. A lot of effort has obviously gone into training and keeping the salon clean and safe. Thank you.

A phone call before my appointment to explain what to do when I got there made me feel relaxed & not nervous at all about going, temperature on arrival & everything in place in the Salon. Fabulous to be back to have my hair coloured (highlights plus a warm brown put through) and cut and styled by Chloe today. Looks so much better Nice friendly salon, parking right outside.

I was very pleased with the haircut I recieved today from chloe. The hygiene standards were brilliant too could not fault the experience at all.

It’s been 19 weeks since my last colour. My roots were grey/dark brown so I decided to get rid of the blonde and blend my natural colour. It will take a while to get used to but It’s looking so much better already. Emily has done a really good job

With all the Covid measures I felt very safe and I was still able to find it a relaxing experience.

Chloe is very professional and efficient, I had hair highlights and cut and I'm very happy with the results. Everyone was wearing masks and the salon was very clean.

Disaster averted, my hair was in danger of stopping me leaving the house in case I frightened the public. Brilliant colour and cut and it was great to relax in the Covid safe salon.

It was such a relief to get my colour and cut done. The salon contacted me as soon as they knew they were reopening as my last appointment got cancelled by lockdown. 1st visit after lockdown great to have Kellie and the team back and doing their usual high standard in very difficult circumstances. Definitely key workers in my book second only to NHS!!!

I was able to be accommodated due to a late cancellation. Really pleased with the cut especially after my hair was complete mess after 4 months. Chloe was very attentive, friendly and skilled.

Brilliant experience with Kellie as always and today a safe one too. Temperature tested on arrival, all staff wore PPE and customers were well segregated so no unwelcome close encounters. Congratulations to Kellie and all of the team at the newly refurbished Julians, Kellie if you ever want a new career you can decorate my house. Great to see you all and hope to see Mandy back as soon as business allows. Come on everyone it’s time to get your bum back into a seat at Julian’s it’s a safe experience and they need our business.

Excellent. Always patient with our 3 year old son; he constantly wriggles about and Chloe takes it in her stride and does her magic.

I had a bad cut that I’ve been growing out for 6 months, Julian has fixed it and it feels so much better! The lady who styled it did a great job too! I usually don't like it when anyone else styles it.

Emily did an amazing job of lifting my hair to the blonde i wanted! Would highly recommend her.. she was very knowledgable and noticed straight away the problems with my hair that previous people had done and sorted it out. I am so pleased with her work!
