Emily is a fantastic stylist who always makes your hair look and feel amazing! She listens carefully and really takes care to do a fabulous cut and finish. Everyone in Julian’s are so welcoming and friendly. It’s the best salon by far!

Not satisfied with the service which felt a tad bit rushed. Had booked and paid for a cut and blow dry however my daughter’s hair were left wet and frizzy. No styling products used. Barely a wet cut service.

With Covid 19 restrictions I felt very safe from start to finish on entering the Salon all well organised from hand sanitizer to taking your temperature on entering .
Had a beautiful Lady called Kellie as my hair was so out of shape due to lockdown Kellie made my hair look beautiful again but she is a wonderful stylist my mum use to have her hair cut by Kellie years ago my mum would never go to anyone else as Kellie was a lovely Lady and is a fantastic stylist and such a friendly lady . I look forward to seeing her again on my next appointment in a few months time.
I was very pleased with my cut and blow dry I showed her a picture of what I wanted and oh my goodness she done just that not every one does what you want but she does and I’m very happy.

I had highlights and a lovely restyle , I am thrilled with how it looks and can’t wait to show it off .

Really disappointed with my haircut.
Showed a sample picture, said I wanted rounded ends hair cut with layers like on the picture.
What I received is straight ends hair cut, no/minimal layers.
Said at the salon that I was hoping for more layers like on the picture but the lady tried to convince me that when I blow dry it properly I would see it. So I went home and dried my hair and results are disappointing.
I feel ripped off.

Having struggled through the interminable lockdown I was so pleased to return to Julians to sort my hair out. The salon looked great, all the staff are very Covid aware and it was wonderful to feel like the world is returning to normal. Julian did his usual artistry and I’m a new woman. Thank you all

An apprentice done my (supervised) she was really good. Julian supervised all the way. I thought the Salon atmosphere was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They applied all the covid rules. Yes I will definitely go back again I love my new hair cut and I will recommend Julian's to my friends.

Had a wet cut with ***** On Friday 16th. Was so looking forward to getting it cut after so long. Asked for a bob cut but unfortunately the sides are shorter than the back. So bit disappointed really and have to tuck hair behind my ears.

I can't remember the stylist's name, I think she was a trainee. She was first class, very attentive and did a really good job. I was very pleased with the result and will return for a colour. Definitely recommend

I had a whole head of highlights and was really thrilled with how nice they look. First highlights for years and Kayleigh was careful and keen to make sure I was pleased with them.

Really enjoy my visits to get hair done by Chloe. I have highlights and cut and always been happy. They are a super friendly bunch. No heavy sell on products which I appreciate but advice if needed. And free parking right outside.

As usual great customer service from the professional staff. Kellie fitted me in before lockdown as my appointment was Friday 6th which was much appreciated.

She is genuine, friendly, and excellent professional. Very attentive to the detail. She understood exactly what i wanted and delivered it perfectly!

Managed to nab a last minute appointment just before the second lockdown, this time with Julian, instead of Kellie as normal. As ever, I felt extremely comfortable during my visit, due to the strong covid-secure measures the team have put in place, including dividers, distancing, sanitiser, temperature checks and face masks. I had a great cut with Julian - he listened to what I wanted, consulted with Kellie who normally cuts my hair, and then was pleasant, friendly and skillful throughout. I'm pleased with how my cut looks and I'll continue to visit Julian's and am really pleased I found them.

Very good experience, as always, with extra attention to hygiene during the current situation. Well done
