I had a wonderful experience with Laraine who cut, styled, and finished my hair beautifully. She also used the Kérastase scalp and hair diagnostic tool, which was a great touch—it helped us understand exactly what my hair needed and choose the right products for my hair type.

It was really nice after a long hard day, to find the same Zappers welcome as soon as I opened the door of the Salon.
I had my consultation and then my roots were tinted and I had a cuppa and biscuits whilst it was being done.
A lovely up to date magazine to read and a relaxing head massage during my wash off and conditioner.
I only wanted a rough dry and it was all finished...a great experience!

I usually take my mum to Katelyn for hair styling. Mum has alzeimers, and Katelyn is so very sweet with her. Not only is she kind, she is a really good stylist.
