Josie was lovely. I am so pleased with my cut and hair colour. I’m going grey and the colour she gave me looks so natural with blondes and lowlights. Whilst I got a discount for my second visit it is a lot of money for me to pay for a cut and colour… but competitive with other salons, and as I’m so pleased I really can’t complain about the price. Ladies getting their hair done anywhere is a lot of money but it is what it is. Happy customer, and I feel great. Lovely salon.

I had a consultation with Katelyn to have a hair refresh. The team were all super friendly. Katslyn took the time to explain different styling options and services available. Really helpful when thinking about next appointment dates/times which suit my work commitments.
Tina has been cutting my hair for more years than I like to remember. The whole experience is a real treat with a fantastic haircut at the end.

I go in to get my hair dyed cut and toned and the girls make me feel so welcome and comfortable. I believe it was Katelyn who did my cut and colour on 8th/9th of July. I would have liked a choppier cut as didn’t want another ‘Karen bob’ but more than happy with the colour! Lots of compliments from friends and family 👍🏻

It was my first time having my hair cut with Tina, and at Zappas. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Tina took plenty of time to understand what I wanted, explained as she went along, and checked in that I was ok with progress.
