I have had three appointments with Mileigh - a wash and blow dry; a wash, cut and blow dry; and a full head of highlights with a blow dry. I think she is excellent and a fantastic ambassador for Zappas.
Although Mileigh was on the first rung of the ladder (Graduate Stylist) (and there are 6 more levels above her), I felt I could not have been in better hands. Mileigh takes great pride in her work and what was most important to her was that I should leave the salon as a happy customer, which I definitely was.
She also praised Zappas as an employer and said they had very high standards with a rigorous training programme, which I could see from Mileigh has clearly paid off!
I was a customer of Zappas at Bean Oak Road for a few years back in the early 90s before I moved out of the area. I’m pleased to see the company has grown and now has a number of salons which means there’s one close enough for me to go to.

I haven’t taken care of my hair in years but so was nervous when I walked into Zappas 5months ago incase I was judged for it. Josie has been amazing at helping me learn what works best for my hair specifically and how to make it healthier. 2 appointments later and my hair is shiny, smooth and silky to the touch with very little damage remaining. Would highly recommend the team there as they are all welcoming and friendly!
