Good customer service and strong eye for cutting detail. Did not feel rushed. Hairdresser Amanda was happy to answer hair questions and she suggested products for my hair, which I would of bought one in particular but it was out of stock today in size desired. It was great she got another colleague to write down what she'd recommended so I don't forget. Nice coffee,biscuits and ambience. Prehaps even better if the coffee arrived after shampooing as was a bit tepid after having a hair treatment. Mixed age of clients in at the same time which was good. Lovely and helpful salon receptionist on leaving.

Mileigh cut my hair very nicely but the colour was awful. It was so white blonde she had to put toner on it and then charged me £21 for the toner. I was also there for 3.5 hours because of the issues with the colour
