I had a lovely experience with Mileigh B today after a busy tough day.
A great consultation, where Mileigh listened and checked for colour shade before starting.
A nice cup of tea, a read of the curren5 gossip hello magazine and a great relaxing time.

I have been going to Zappas in Crowthorne for many years though only booking on line for 4. After Karen's departure I have been lucky to have found Tina who has been cutting and styling my hair just how I wish it to be. All the staff are pleasant and smiley. There were some good points I will say the staff are incredibly polite and did try to rectify the problem but the overall service was terrible š I had booked to be seen at 14.15 but had to come back for 14.30 but didnāt get seen until 10 to 3 the reasoning behind the even later appointment it was my first experience in this salon I was nervous about changing hairdressers I asked for a wash cut bouncy curly blow dry and showed a picture to how I would usually have my hair I had had hair spray and product in my hair the night before so when she washed my hair she washed it 3 times to remove product before washing she asked if I wanted treatment and i said no donāt worry about it itās fine I sat in the chair she cut what needed and everything seemed okay until it got to the blow dry when other hairstylists were coming over asking if she needed any help was where I was abit concerned who was cutting and styling my hair because Iāve never experienced that before when advising on how to blow dry I felt my roots were not fully dry enough for the lift my hair washed too many times and wrong products were used they pin curled my hair and left it for about 5 minutes and initially when she first took them out they looked okay but brought them forward my ends were frazzled and it had no shine no finish and it looked like how I came in I felt awful telling milliegh because she did really try but I was not happy to try and rectify the problem I had curls put in my hair was flat and I was told to go home and brush them out with a wide tooth comb to create the volume look because they didnāt want to have the curls to drop in the salon as I didnāt have time to wait around after being half hour late in the first place my hair washed too many flat the curls dropped as soon as I left the salon overall was a really poor experience and unfortunately wonāt be returning I wish all the staff all the best but Iām expecting to have my refund asap and will be returning to my old salon

Tina has been my stylist for several years now. She knows .my hair and how it behaves. I just have to go to the salon and not worry about anything.
