I’ve been going to Steve Hillard’s for years and to Dani my hairdresser. Always a nice environment, staff are great. Dani is a fantastic stylist which keeps me coming back. It’s always an enjoyable experience.

Amelia always does a fantastic job with my hair. She cheers me up when I have had a bad week too and I always feel so much better walking out of the salon. She also helped style my hair for my cousins wedding recently. I trust Amelia with my hair. It’s so curly and thick but she handles it with care. In the past I’ve found it hard to stick to one hairdresser as I can tell if they feel my hair is a pain. Amelia is lovely. Thank you so much for alLthat you do to make me feel better inside and out! I popped into Steve Hilliard in Luton a few weeks ago to book my first appointment to correct the colour on my hair. I was greeted by Grace who sat me down for a consultation and spent time with me discussing the plan and options available, I had almost immediate confidence in both Grace and the salon and booked my appointment for a week later. Everything about my appointment was both professional and friendly, Grace remained calm, patient and confident despite a complex colour correction and my hair being long and thick. I noticed the ladies at Steve Hilliard work great as a team, ensuring the client has the best possible experience and expectations are met. Since leaving the salon, strangers have commented on my hair! The colour is perfect and following a treatment it is glossy and healthy - exactly what I asked for. I can't thank you enough, see you at my next appointment!

I have been a client at this salon for about 8 years and have always been well looked after. I totally trust the advice given regarding colouring and always pleased with the results. The salon has a nice atmosphere and I enjoy having a bit of time to myself to relax and have a coffee. Charlie & Jen are both great Hair stylists

Excellent haircut-Rachel spent time talking through my style/colour etc with me before she started. She listened and was helpful.
Only disappointment is completely unrelated to Rachel but is related to the Salon. The fact that as of my next haircut I would have been the recipient of two price increases at the salon since Rachel first cut/coloured my hair in May 2021- OUCH!

Absolutely love going here. I get looked after everytime. Rachel always takes time to talk to me about what I want.. would recommend.

As always I was really pleased with the way in which Rachel washed and blow dried my hair on my last visit. She is always meticulous at every stage of the process and her professionalism and approach is excellent. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to have a good hairdressing experience. I have been attending Steve Hilliard hairdressing for some time now and have had my hair coloured, cut and treated. The products used are effective in keeping my hair in good condition. I have always found all of the staff very polite and attentive. There is a positive atmosphere within the salon and I enjoy going there to have my hair done.

Always a lovely experience- never rushed unless you have a time pressure and then everyone works faster for you!

Excellent service and very please with my hair cut but just 1 tiny issue, I was suggested to have a treatment on my hair but was not told how much until I came to pay my bill, I think I should have been told the price before it was carried out and asked if I wanted it or not
