This was my second visit to Sammy and again, she was brilliant. So welcoming and friendly, plus she took plenty of time to understand what I wanted.

Grace is a great hair dresser. She listened to me and understood what I wanted to achieve with my hair colour and understood that less was more. I absolutely love the colour and way she did my hair and would be happy to recommend her and the salon to anyone. In my experience it's very rare to get a hairdresser that actually listens and doesn't just get you client card out and does a repeat of your last visit. So i went with a 50% off card, and was immediately taken to wash my hair with treatment. My hair was then cut as i asked the haircut was ok, and i even bought a recommended hair cream. Everything totaled over £80, the hair cream being £22, which meant the haircut was £58. Im not sure if 50% was deducted or not, but £58 i felt was expensive even if it was full price. And if the treatment and hair wash was not valid with the 50% offer this should have been made clear. I didn't want to asl for the details as i was just shocked by the price and i will just not return again as i felt the price was too expensive. They did spend a lot of attention and care, so service was good, i just don't feel it was worth the price.

Sorry can't remember the names who did my hair, but the service is great and all the staff are very helpful. Love my colour. They really do care about your hair and want you to be happy. This is my third trip to the hairdressers and I was not disappointed! I have had my hair cut and coloured there previously and I went there for a general cut a few days ago. I always receive a warm friendly service from everyone who works there I feel welcome from the moment I enter. All my appointments have been with Rachel I think she is a wonderful stylist, nothing is too much trouble and she takes the time to ask my opinion and make sure everything is to my liking. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and relaxed.
