Caitlin smiley and chatty as always..long process but always worth it..turn the heating up though..was freezing!

Cut exactly to the shape and style I asked for. I hope I can have the same stylist next time. Pleasant conversation but not constant chat or questions.

Thank you to Tatum for another great haircut. You always do such a good job, and take the time to give me styling tips to recreate the look at home. It’s always such a pleasure to visit such a nice friendly place and the cafe is always a bonus!

Welcomed by Hollie. She made me a nice coffee. A little while later Rebecca came for me and we had a nice 45 minutes or so while getting my hair cut. A very pleasant experience.

Started going to Elise for a one off wedding guest brow appointment. Loved how she sculpted my brows with the HD treatment so much I’ve been coming back monthly for a year and a half. She has cut my getting ready time in the morning in half! Wouldn’t let anyone else near my brows now, myself included.

Great appointment today with Elise, first time visiting the salon but won’t be my last. Very professional

Rebecca always checks out one’s hair before it is washed just to check how it is lying and how happy the client has been with the cut and style. She is always chatty and very professional.

Manicure and gel polish done again today by gemma. I like to pick different colours/designs and gemma always always does a great job, and matches exactly what i ask for, with helpful suggestions too. Very friendly service too.

Very very happy with my new hair style - Caitlin listened to what I was hoping to achieve and was very thorough and made excellent suggestions - a perfect stylist 😀

After having LV lash lift which I was excited to do, after getting home family thought I’d cut my lashes, and they are stuck together which makes my now short lashes look shorter than what I went in with.. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this is something I won’t be having done again. It was not for me. I’m hoping my lashes grow within 28 days and return to normal.. I will say I’m very happy with the brow tint..

Elidh was absolutely lovely! I called last minute for a cut and colour and the receptionist kindly slotted me in with Elidh. She was professional, informative and really enthusiastic!
I’m delighted with the outcome and have rebooked!!

I had a lovely experience with Elise today. I went for a pedicure and thought she did a brilliant job. There was a lot of attention to detail. I also found her to be really down to earth and we had a great chat.

As always, Tatum is very pleasant, bubbly and cheerful and I'm very happy with the cut and blow dry.

Omg how amazing! My wee girl came in for the first time for a touch up trim before school, she was treated so lovely!!!! Offered her a shampoo which she wanted and she loved it! Treated her like a grown up but not too much. The price was so great considering I thought it was just a cut, not a shampoo cut and blow dry!!!! I will absolutely be taking her back here!!!

Have been a long term 'hair' customer of RC salon since it opened. Always been delighted with the professional and 'friendly' service given by all.
Didnt used to get 'nail', nor 'eyebrow' treatments done professionally up to year ago. Started at RC regularly now, and fab!
