This is genuinely the best salon I’ve ever been to. Everyone is lovely, the coffee is great and you always leave feeling like you’ve had a properly special experience. You can just trust that the stylists know exactly what they’re doing!

I visited the salon for a cut &blow dry, beautiful decor, relaxed, calm but professional atmosphere,the staff are all very friendly, Chloe and I chatted about a hairstyle refresh and I am delighted with the results, well done and thanks chloe, it's a busy salon so I've booked a further 3 appointments

I had my hair coloured at a different salon and it all went wrong 😢 I had went back another two times and it got worse and worse. My hair went from blonde to yellow and orange then it went completely grey and then yellow again. I cried the whole weekend and thought all I could do was to shave it off. My husband called the salon and I was invited in for a consultation, there was no embarrassment just help. I felt very confident and welcomed at Rebecca Carr salon. The lady I met with was so understanding and helpful I felt confident in coming back. There was an available appointment the next day which I booked and wow thank goodness, I met Caitlin and she was amazing. Caitlin made me feel welcome and she talked through every stage of my hair, what it needed how to fix it and how to look after it. If I had any tears left I would have cried with relief and happiness. When Caitlin dried my hair I was shocked how well my hair had turned out it was unbelievable the colour and the feeling of it was 100 times better than I could have wished for. Thank you so much for everything that you did for me I am so very grateful. Such a wonderful experience lovely staff and a very relaxing atmosphere. 5 stars for every step of my time there at my appointment and I look forward to coming back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Always nice and welcoming! Gave me good ideas for my nail design when I wasn’t sure and they turned out Great. Done my brows nicely too which was very quick and comfortable.

Lovely relaxing afternoon in the salon. Chloe really listens to the problems I have with my hair and I always feel a whole lot better after my appointment. Wish I could take Ruby (I think!) home to wash my hair, almost fell asleep I was so relaxed!

What a fantastic experience from start to finish. I booked in for a cut and colour and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The stylist was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to discuss the best options for my hair. The colour is beautiful, and the cut is easy to manage and suits me perfectly.

A special mention to the coffee shop within the salon—it creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Enjoying a great coffee while having my hair done made the appointment feel more like a treat than an errand. Friendly staff, a relaxing environment, and excellent results. Highly recommended..

Tatum is excellent with my 3 year old, she engages in conversation and asks her opinion with her hair cut and style which is a really special touch for my daughter and myself. We love the experience together, thank you!

Just wanted to share my appreciation for Lily and the entire team at the salon. Lily is always so friendly, and our conversations are always enjoyable. I really value that she listens carefully to what I want and that she's always great at offering helpful suggestions and advice. The salon itself has a lovely atmosphere, and all staff members are consistently polite and welcoming, which makes each visit a pleasure.

I have been seeing Lily around a year now and every visit is perfect. After a little consultation she has managed to improve my colour making it last longer and achieve a better result. Very impressed by her cutting and stying skills and the conversation is always on point! Lily helps keep me feel young and I love our makeup chat! She's a gem and I always look forward to my visit to RC (who always stops for a catch up too when we see each other).

I explained what I wanted and she delivered and then some. Very happy with the whole experience and have already booked my next appointment.

After having a cut and blow dry with Rebecca C it was over to Elise for nails, brow and tint then facial and expess light treatment. Another very relaxing day.

I am trying to grow my hair a little longer and Chloe trimmed the back in line with the front so it will soon be the same length. I feel my hair is healthier with regular trims and advice from Chloe.

Chloe - senior stylist was amazing, very informative, felt totally relaxed and listened to.

I always love coming to Rebecca to get my hair cut. It’s the whole experience for me from the surroundings/ products used/ offer of tea/ coffee/ water whilst you’re there. Also ofcourse Rebecca is very good at dealing with my very thick hair . What’s not to love .
