Very disappointed. That was my first time at the salon for my 11 year old daughter. I chose junior stylist and paid £25 in advance. The lady cut her hair and we thanked her and as we were just about to walk out of the door, the cashier shouted. Excuse me have you paid. After I said yes, she said you will need to pay £15 extra because it has taken longer than an hour. At no point was I warned that I would have pay extra. Also all people that were sitting in the waiting room were offered a drink apart me.

Chloe has been styling my hair now for a few years. She listens carefully and always does what is asked. It’s a pleasure to visit the salon, all the staff are friendly and welcoming. I usually book at least 3 or 4 appointments in advance to make sure I get what I need. Unfortunately I’m missing the next one so I’m on the waiting list - lesson learned!

Chloe is absolutely outstanding. She has a wonderful nature, gently guides me towards what I need, she is clearly very experienced so with each haircut she is helping my overall hair health too. I had my second Kerastase treatment and see and feel a meaningful difference. The welcome by the receptionist and the stylist who washed my hair was faultless and very welcoming. I’ve only been coming to this salon for c6 months and the consistency of service and quality of products notwithstanding the highly trained staff stand out for me.

I had a bouncy blow dry booked for friends 60th party party. Booked another appointment for friend to have curls for her party and booked bottle of Prosecco. Was a totally chilled afternoon and both now relaxed and ready to party! Thanks Chloe M and the other lovely stylist we forgot to ask her name!

It was great to see Caitlin again today and she came over and discussed what I wanted with my cut and how we could achieve it. The reception staff are so warm and welcoming and the salon is calm and relaxing. Caitlin was excellent and checked with me throughout the cut. I am delighted with my haircut and will definitely be back.

The service was great as always. The hair wash was lovely and relaxing and the haircut and blow dry from Tatum was excellent as always. She listens to your request and does her best to give the style you want. She gives excellent styling tips too.
