Needed to change from my regular colour to organic because of chemotherapy treatment. Was very pleased with the outcome and sensitivity of Yvonne. Jessica who washed my hair was very good also.

Disappointed my appt started 30 mins after my scheduled time, my chosen colourist did not do my colour today, while I know this is a first world problem, this is not good for customer loyalty. Both Brooke and Shannon did a fine job that isn’t the point as I left my previous salon where Kathy had been to come back to Herman’s. I understand Kathy is a popular colourist/ stylist but that is up to the salon to manage and not to overbook Kathy and her time. When I received a text earlier this week re my appt it indicated Kathy/ Shannon would be doing my hair today.
