Despite the fact that there was no hot water due to a fault with the boiler, my experience was, as usual great. A lovely cuppa was just the thing. Yvonne has been my hairdresser for over 30 years. Thanks. Maureen.

Disappointed my appt started 30 mins after my scheduled time, my chosen colourist did not do my colour today, while I know this is a first world problem, this is not good for customer loyalty. Both Brooke and Shannon did a fine job that isn’t the point as I left my previous salon where Kathy had been to come back to Herman’s. I understand Kathy is a popular colourist/ stylist but that is up to the salon to manage and not to overbook Kathy and her time. When I received a text earlier this week re my appt it indicated Kathy/ Shannon would be doing my hair today.
