Really happy with my new cut. Niamh was so professional from start to finish. She fixed up my DIY cutting faux pas so I can grow my hair out properly. Got loads of compliments already. Glad of my decision to come in.

Niamh was a complete gem! She took the vision I (tried to!) explain and gave me exactly what I wanted. She was so lovely to chat with and explained everything so that I was on board for the entire process, she also gave me some tips for at-home styling! Such a great way to start my day.

Kelsey was excellent with my 5 year old daughter! My daughter was reluctant to get her haircut and Kelsey was brilliant with her throughout and she is now delighted with the results!

I was treated with great respect, efficiency and kindness. I use a rollater and was quite nervous as to getting through my appointment safely. I felt very relaxed from the moment I went in. Nice atmosphere.

I use a rollater and find it challenging to get to Hairdresser..I got every help from reception and Paula and everyone at Ballinteer which was very reassuring. I forgot a little bag with my flask and a member of staff came out to my car with it. Very helpful and pleasent staff.

Lisa is just brilliant! Very warm personality and professional approach. He knows exactly how to translate a hair style request into reality. And the final result was much better than the original request. Will definitely go back to her.
