Caroline is awesome as always. Also, I felt safe and comfortable enough knowing that the salon management is taking preventive measures to ensure that it is covid-secure as possible for their staff and clients.

The trouble they go to at Toni &Guy in Worcester to ensure your safety really is above and beyond, and will, I’m sure, pay dividends in the long run. I certainly have no concerns about returning on a regular basis for a first class haircut.

Really professional, couldn’t be in a safer place, other businesses should take notes. Always a great experience going to have my hair done, I just think the government should leave them to use their own common sense.

I came to Shaun hoping he could fix a bad highlight job for me (done at another salon), I am blown away by what he’s achieved! I am so so happy and now have the look I was hoping for in the beginning - he got it exactly right!
I won’t go anywhere else for colour now & everyone was super friendly!

Salon was clean and hygienic and Caroline was friendly and professional.

This was first visit to Tony and guy, worcester and I found it a nice and relaxing experience despite the restrictions. I am over the moon with my haircut and have booked again for nest month.

My hair was in desperate need of a cut and colour, and looks so much better now! I was given advice on how to care for my hair and keep it looking its best - And I was reminded when I nearly left without my jacket! Will be back in 8 weeks for a cut! :-)

Had a balayage and low lights done. Loved the final look. I felt i was listened to on my initial hair consultation and was more than satisfied with the color. Shaun guided me well as to what would look beat.Despite having so much hair dint feel the stylist getting tired at all. Definitely looking forward to coming back and getting a haircut soon. Also quite impressed with all the steps being taken to ensure everyones safety during current circumstances

I have not had my hair cut for a long time due to having a baby so my hair was a disaster when I went in due to post pregnancy hair loss and generally sensitive skin! But Steve took the time to listen to me, understood the pressures of been a parent and my sensitivity to perfumes etc and gave me a hair cut that I can easily do but also has great versatility. I left feeling pampered and more like myself. Thank
