I had my hair done and everyone there was so friendly and professional and I mess my hair up with colour and the stylist rose did a fantastic job with took all day.so pleased.

I was very disappointed in the visit to rma! Whilst I was having my hair done there was a women walking up and down the salon shouting down the phone whilst I was having my hair done! It was my only day to relax and she made me feel very uptight. Very disrespectful women! On the other hand I had my hair don'e by Lucas and I was very please. By I won't be returning to this salon again.

Having found an offer i was extremely happy with the customer service friendly engaging
And helpful.
I had my hair restyled follow by a tutorial on how curl my hair. When i came my hair felt soft
And the cut was spot on along the finish.
Definitely would recommend and go again.

My hair was done by ally and my hair has never felt smoother and the way we cut it was great because she listened to everything I said about the style and she cut it in a way that suits my shape of face and all if my friends say that it suits me and how shiny it is, the whole team there are very friendly and welcoming and amazing value for money.

My daughter and I came in for a colour, and what a treat! Rosanna and her team where lovely and talented. We came out with exactly what we asked for and felt amazing. Now I have found this salon I won't be going anywhere else.

Really pleased with my cut, I had Zoe who gave good advice to my questions about maintenance and recommended products without pushing me to buy anything. Great atmosphere and great value - if I lived locally I would make it my regular!

Needed hair cut and colour urgently as my usual hairdresser was unable to do mine at the last minute. Online service is great, booked online late on Friday night for an appointment on Saturday morning.

Had a great experience with Hannah explaining all the different techniques they use. Chose one that suits my hair type and booked in for Saturday. Lots of free aftercare which is a plus, not been offered that before. Pure dedication and willingness to help keep me assured I'm in the best hands :-) So excited. Looking forward to the new me! X

I have used this salon now for nearly two years after been let down by other salons in Worcester City Centre but now am very happy with the service I get from Zoe who does my hair and Harriet who does my nails lovely people lovely clean salon and the coffee is always on.

Had a cut and colour on Saturday and the result was just what I wanted. The stylist was friendly and the service was efficient. 5 stars :-)
