I had my hair done today my hair was shocking before i went it i am so over the moon on what they have done to my hair its alive again and looks FANTASTIC a big thank you to all the staff and manager are absolutely lovely and make you feel so welcome i will from now on be having my hair done there and no where else well done girls for a lovely place you have your all lovely see you all swn xx????????

Rhiannon coloured my hair and always does the most amazing job. She’s so professional, attentive and thorough. Listens to exactly what you want and talks you through every stage with knowledgable advise. Best stylist ever

Myself and my daughter were booked in today for colours and cuts with Charlie, we were in the salon for 4 hours and Charlie was brilliant. She was professional and friendly and listened to our requirements really carefully but also advising us along the way. She worked so hard doing us both at the same time and we would like to thank her as we both love our cuts and colours! Great service!

What an amazing experience for my little girl she had a lot of hair cut off the stylist chatted to her through out but she was very quiet think it was nerves but I can say that we are both really really happy with the finished cut and she can’t stop looking at herself thank you for doing such a great job will definitely be back

Good results a little expensive for colour refresh and trim especially at O A P rates.Alex filled in for hairdresser off sick so good service that I didn’t have to miss appointment.

Alex treated my hair today. I’m very happy with the results, I have very difficult hair. Alex was very friendly and knew what she was doing. She also had very good knowledge about the products.

Lindsey did a great job as usual! Fancied a change and Lindsey suggested Bayalage and I’m loving the colour. Won’t go anywhere else!

Apparently my custom is no longer required. The new manager is no longer allowing dry cuts. I choose to have a dry cut as I have issues with my neck and cannot tolerate having my hair washed in any way other than in the shower. I have been a customer at this salon for many years and I find this quite insulting. Also missing a stud earring after the appointment. I shall take my custom elsewhere in future.

I had my hair done by Charley today, I have previously been in to discuss colours and she was more than helpful. Today she offered great service, made sure I was comfortable, happy with everything she was doing and talked me through the process. First time I've visited Avant Garde and I can't wait for my next appointment!

Very professional service. Alex was very friendly and listened to what I wanted. I was very pleased with the outcome. I wasn’t able to see my usual hairdresser Luke who is also very professional and has always given excellent service however I was very impressed with Avant Garde for fitting me in with another excellent stylist ensuring I didn’t miss my appointment.

I was really pleased with my colour. Good even coverage of my grey roots nice rich colour with hint of red for warmth.... just what I wanted.Alex did a nice trim too.

Although I’ve been an Avant Garde customer for a long time I haven’t been in for ages and have never had Zoe before. She arranged a consultation and really listened to me (and remembered) what was important, she was very clear about prices and options up front and the result is just amazing, I can’t believe it’s even my hair! I will be returning, thanks Zoe, you are fab.

During my styling,Zoe was constantly interrupted by another staff member whose very loud voice could be heard when she was on the phone but also when she was noisily demanding attention from Zoe - I believe with reference to the disfunctional internet service. In the few years I have been going to Avant Garde, it has been a pleasure to have my hair attended to by Zoe but I have to admit today was a little trying. This is not a reflection on my stylist who handled the situation with her usual courtesy, patience & humour.

Rhiannon is an unbelievable stylist, I get so many compliments on my hair which I have never had with anyone else! I now live in Derbyshire and I travel 2 hours to Worcester because quite simply I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my hair!
