Excellent friendly service giving me the result for my hair that I wanted.

Rhiannon is outstanding, without doubt the best stylist I’ve ever had. She has a lovely friendly manner along with excellent skills. It is always a real treat to have my hair styled by her - that’s why I go every week!!

My favourite, go to stylist is Kate! She does an absolutely brilliant job and is always so friendly. I use the Warndon salon and it is always perfectly clean, welcoming, the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and everyone makes you feel valued as a client. The massage chairs are the perfect thing to compliment a hair wash and you're always offered a warm beverage on arrival. All in all a perfect experience every time!!

Sam has done a good job on my hair today, I am there every 3 weeks for colour and I’m happy to say what I asked for colour cut wise was followed ????????, Thanks Sam. ( Alex also made my 1st coffee).

Had a great experience today at the SMQ Avant garde hair salon. My daughter was having a re-style and I was just having a cut and blow dry. Would thoroughly recommend both Lauren and Lindsey as stylists.

Absolutely love getting my hair done at avant garde, Lyndsey is amazing, very friendly and knowledgable and has worked wonders on my hair.

I have been using this salon since the day it opened and wouldn't use anyone else. The staff are all amazing and I always come out feeling so happy with my hair. I'm getting married in 1 week and would only trust this salon to do my wedding hair plus my bridesmaids. Nothing is ever too much trouble (even when I forget to ask for full head instead of half). I always have blonde highlights and the colour looks perfect and so natural.

I’ve never had a visit to this salon they wasn’t great in every aspect. I’m disabled and I love how they make me feel pampered and valued without making me feel my disability is awkward (unlike another very expensive salon in Worcester). Zoe was away so she booked me in with Lauren to have my toner done then hair styled for a very special occasion. Lauren is lovely, she knew exactly what she was doing and I left with beautifully coloured and styled hair for my party. I enjoyed my time st the salon and as it was raining Lairen offered to walk with me to the car with an umbrella to protect my style - cos hubby was late the rain stopped. I can’t say enough good things about this salon - it’s very important to me that I feel comfortable plus love what they do to my hair. Thank you Lauren - I had a lovely night.

I see Aimee every 2-3 months and she has always been professional and helped keep my very long hair in tip top condition. She is also someone I trust and always does a fantastic job even if a colour can take forever!

A friend recommended Avant Garde Warndon to me a year ago and I have been a regular customer ever since. The salon is in a good location but what really makes it stand out are the staff, especially Aimee, she listens to you, makes suggestions and every time has been spot on. Aimee also takes the time to get to know her clients and remembers details, you feel like you are receiving a personal service. The Salon also has great opening times and is very efficient. Overall I am extremely pleased with the service I receive, I would highly recommend the Salon and Aimee especially.

My third visit to see Rhiannon and once again so pleased with the result! She’s so talented! Brilliant natural colour and an amazing cut . Relaxed atmosphere and never rushed . Thank you again

Zoe was her usual jolly and professional self plus one of her assistants were very helpful when it came to extending my parking ticket by showing how to pay from the comfort of my chair . There is a newgirl there that did lovely dry and finish. Very sweet and pleasant.
Would like to request more up to date reading material most of the mags are several months old. Plus maybe a daily paper.

Zoe has been doing my hair for as long as I can remember and is the best hairdresser I have ever had.

My stylist Kate was very friendly and did a great job amd happy with results however im not happy that prices on your website are different to what i was charged. Also you have a wet cut on your site but was informed tou no longer offer a wet cut and only a cur n blw dry so was very disappointed about this.

Amy is very nice and listens to what I want which is not always done with other salons.

Lauren was lovely... I have a lot of hair that sometimes scares hairdressers away.. but she did an amazing job and I am thrilled with the results! Better than what I was expecting! Colour is amazing!

Always a treat which is not only pleasurable but always pleased with the result. All staff are always helpful and polite.

I went to Lauren for the first time a few months ago and as many of us are, I am a real perfectionist about my hair and I get very anxious around new hairdressers. I had gone to Lauren as my usual hairdresser was away. I honestly have never been more impressed. My hair was absolutely amazing and I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever liked my hair as much as I did when I walked out of that appointment. Following this I have booked several ad hoc appointments in with Lauren where she has always been able to fit me around her busy schedule and even go outside of working hours to fit my appointment in. I only had a colour and cut with her a few days ago now and again, I am in love. I wanted a short, sharp, bob and Lauren took extra care and time to ensure I was happy. She will always be my go to hairdresser and I am so glad I found her.

Lindsey is amazing, I never leave unhappy. The colour is always spot on and however I ask for the cut she nails it. She always offers advice on the best way to achieve a look or if it isn't possible. Lovely to talk to

Rhiannon is brilliant at her job, really friendly and fun but extremely good at everything to do with hair styling and colouring as well as managing the salon. It’s a real pleasure to go to the salon and Rhiannon makes me feel, and look, a whole lot better every time

Excellent service and friendly atmosphere

Just had 2nd colour appointment on the way to style I want. Zoe has bowled me over again with the transformation. I can see how much further along I am AND I get to have a different stage of colour from my last appointment. I’ve given Zoe complete control cos she’s building the colour in my hair like an artist and my hair looks awesome at each stage toward my goal. It’s worth being patient and having it done properly. The colour is simply incredible. My hair is cut beautifully and I’ve had the right advice and products to keep it looking tip top between appointments. I’m realky enjoying the journey. A big shout out to Morgan who assisted Zoe and to everyone else as I’m in a powerchair and they all make me feel very welcome and make sure I’m comfortable when I’m with them.

As always, the staff are friendly and welcoming. Aimee did a great job with my haircut (only a trim) and she always offers good advice on what to do with my hair.

Alex always understands what I need. Her service and style is spot on! Thank you ????
