I was a little nervous as I haven’t been in a salon for over 2 years but Chantelle was so lovely. She made me feel at ease and I left loving my hair. She’s a star ⭐️ I’ve found my new hairdresser!!!

Kate was lovely to my 13 year old daughter Hope giving advice about the length and did a lovely job hiding the self cut layers my daughter had done to her own hair. I booked with this salon as I liked the fact the salon still has Covid rules with cleaning seats, apron, masks (staff and clients) sanitiser and social distancing Unlike many other salons. The only thing we wasn’t allowed in the salon with our daughter and my daughter said that when having her hair washed she wasn’t social distanced which I did ask when booking the appointment which has worried me. I’m not sure we can afford to come back as my daughter is adult prices at this salon and usually would cost us £42 but at others she’s classed as teen prices which is about £20 which is a shame as Kate did a lovely job with my daughters hair. On this occasion it was worth if for the Covid safety.

Just had my first spray tan in a very long time and I can honestly say I’m so impressed. I was very conscious about getting a spray tan but Lydia was so reassuring & professional the whole way through, I felt at ease! The tan looks amazing and I would recommend Lydia @ Avant Garde to anyone looking for a spray tan ??✨

***** is ver pleasant and I enjoyed the experience but When my collages said I thought you were having your hair done, my husband didn’t notice and my Grandson said my hair was a mess; it’s not good! 10 days after visiting I need to have it cut again! Fringe is in my eyes and my hair is like a bush.

I am so pleased to be back in the area so that I can book with Charlotte. I already knew how good she is with colour and she did not disappoint at my appointment. The colour and tone she managed to achieve for my hair is just amazing and I didn't think possible in one go. I had lots of patchiness and unevenness from a bad colour job in a lockdown disaster that I did myself and she managed to completely lift, fix and blend it. I absolutely love my new hair. Also really recommend the hot chocolates she makes! :) Thanks again x

I booked a restyle wanting a discussion about what the stylist thought might suit me. I took some photos in that I liked but the stylist gave no indication of her thoughts and gave me a restyle based on the majority of the photos I took in.
That said the haircut was a good hair cut - whether the restyle was the best cut to suit me I'm not sure.
I also had my hair coloured. I asked for a 5 but came out with a 4. I've never had a colour left on for 50 minutes before so I suspect it was left on too long. The colour lasted better than any other colour I've had tho - no fading. Colour and cut were by 2 different stylists.

As always, I love visiting you guys, such a warm & caring place. Cleanliness is outstanding too ? I'm So happy with my Colour/Cut style, thank you Lizzie?

Another amazing visit to see Lindsey! I always leave feeling so happy! She’s such a lovely person and always makes me feel so welcome! She completely understands what I want every time and is realistic with my expectations! She explains everything really well so I know exactly what I will be getting! I’ve had a big change and gone slightly darker - I’m over the moon!

2nd time having my hair done by Kate. She is fantastic. She understands exactly what I want and is clearly up to date on hair trends.
I've been having highlights and balayage for years and she is the best hairdressing experience I've had so far! She is great.

My first visit to the salon today for gel nails I felt very safe with Covid Restrictions in place. Sian was very polite and welcoming taking time throughout my appointment to make sure I was happy with my nail shape and colour. I will definitely recommend to my friends and colleagues the salon overall is very welcoming and atmosphere was fantastic.

Every time I come for my hair appointment Aimee always does a fantastic job. She takes care over your hair so that you get the result you want. You are looked after well not just by your stylist but everyone in the salon. Highly recommend!
