From the moment I walked in after having the most horrendous experience at a previous salon, Lauren took me under her wing and worked her magic. Beautiful setting, really friendly salon and nothing is to much trouble. Lauren is fabulous at what she does and my hair was looking fantastic in no time! I love my visits..it feels like I’m meeting up with friends for a catch up and a cuppa. Thank you ladies for all that you do ❤️

Will miss you girls so much over the coming weeks. You have a happy, united team who are professional and welcoming. Such an asset to our area and will look forward to seeing you when you reopen.

I had my first visit to The Sanctuary today to have a dry cut with Lauren. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome, all the girls were so friendly and polite. Lauren took the time to talk to me about my hair and then advised me on what she thought. During the cut she explained what she was doing and made sure I was completely happy. Lauren made me feel relaxed and happy and I left having made my next appointment with her. I was very impressed with Lauren, and my whole experience at The Sanctuary. I’ll be telling my friends, and am already looking forward to returning.

Relaxing professional experience

My hair had been ruined by a previous hairdresser and Lauren was able to rescue it and give me a style that made me feel really good. A HUGE thank you !

I’ve never had anything done to my lashes and really didn’t know what to expect from my LVL treatment and Natalie certainly didn’t disappoint. She talked me through the whole process so I knew what she was doing and the results were unbelievable. I’m so happy with my lashes they look stunning. I would definitely recommend this LVL treatment and will certainly be back to have it again. I LOVE my lashes, thank you Natalie.

Natalie was professional and extremely knowledgeable and put me at complete ease as I’ve never had anything done to my lashes before. She talked me through each step before hand and was so attentive throughout!
