Being a Mum can be difficult at the best of times so it’s important to do things for yourself. The girls at The Sanctuary are amazing at supporting me to attend my appointment even when I can’t get childcare and are always happy for me to have my baby sat on my lap or indeed to have a cuddle with her. It really takes the stress out of appointments that I know if I really can’t find someone to have her they’re ok with her coming and are delighted to see her. What a salon, women really supporting women to look and feel good.

Brilliant 5 star treatment, lovely salon environment and always made to feel welcome. Leave the salon extremely happy with the results!

So peri menopausal me has lost her lashes. On Kelly and Carrie’s recommendation, I have been using the amazing product ‘Revitalash’. Lo and behold it actually works and I have grown enough lashes to have an LVL (lash lift).
The fabulous Kelly, made me feel totally at ease and talked me through every step of the procedure. Being a newbie to this I was a little anxious, but really didn’t need to be. The results are AMAZING!! Beautiful, glossy, groomed lashes, stand out length and curl without mascara! I keep looking in the mirror. Can’t wait to see how even more dramatic they look tomorrow with mascara on. One VERY happy lady ?

I chose this salon because Shauna had been trained in cutting curly hair. I was very pleased with her knowledge and skills in cutting and colouring.In addition she was very friendly without being over intrusive. Despite having to wear a mask I was able to relax and enjoy the visit. I am very happy with the outcome.

I’m new to treating myself so I get a little nervous having things done even tho I want too. Jessie is so lovely and puts me at ease and she will always answer my questions professionally and with knowledge.

I was so excited for my first ever curl-by-curl cut. Shauna spent time at the beginning doing a short consultation with me, and listening to my ideas/looking at photos I’d got. She cut my curls, washed and dried, then we decided to take a bit more off! Shauna was friendly throughout and made me feel at ease. I wanted to walk out of the salon and not need to do anything to my hair, I feel I’ve got that. I look forward to seeing the true result in a few days once my curls have settled.

Kelly did some training on my brows this morning and they are absolutely amazing! Such a friendly, lovely lady.

I love coming to the Sanctuary, all the staff are always very warm and welcoming. Shauna gave me a brilliant curl by curl cut which totally transformed my thin, lifeless hair and gave me back my confidence. Both Lauren and Shauna cut my children's hair. Both of them were brilliant with the kids and listened to what they wanted. They both got 5 star treatment. I am more than happy to recommend this little gem of a place to anyone who likes a quiet, warm and welcoming place to get those special me time treatments.

I went in to have LVL lashes done for the first time with Kelly. The salon was mindful of Covid precautions and felt very comfortable. Kelly was attentive, friendly and reassuring about the process. Letting me know what to do when and what step she was on. Not completely satisfied with the one eye she asked Carrie to come and check over. They felt that one set eyelashes hadn’t lifted enough and could be corrected. Which they did and really pleased with the results. Was amazing service and already booked in again. Cannot recommend the salon more highly, brilliant ladies!

The Sanctuary is hands down the best hair/beauty salon in Worcestershire. It is like you’ve gone to your friends house for a catch up and a cuppa. Surrounded by beautiful countryside it really is a tranquil setting, the salon has had an upgrade over lockdown and is even more inviting than it was before. Everyone is so friendly and nothing is to much trouble, such a fantastic team ? They offer an extensive list of treatments which I am dying to try in both hair and beauty and the team are so knowledgeable you really feel you can trust their advice and judgement. I really look forward to my visits and always leave feeling pampered and like a new woman! Highly recommend.

Any treatment I have had with Carrie at The Sanctuary has been amazing. She is professional, offers great advice at what products/ treatments would suit you most and she makes you feel instantly comfortable when you walk through those doors! The ‘Brow’ master she certainly is, but honestly I have had her for a variety of treatments and all have been fabulous!
I love how friendly the whole Sanctuary team are. You are always met with a lovely welcome and smile, it really does make a difference!

Lauren cut my sons hair today and was totally fab about his constant wriggling! We can’t recommend the team at The Sanctuary enough they are all so wonderful. Exceptionally kind and very personal service regardless of the treatment/service booked.
Despite this year being exceptionally hard for hair and beauty salons the team are always smiling and welcoming. They have worked super hard to ‘keep in touch’ with clients through social media offering lots of tips and support to help keep everyone going. None of that effort has gone unnoticed. We think you are all absolute stars!
