Milky coloured and blow dried my hair for the first time today and she was excellent. As I have very difficult hair this was impressive.

I have been coming to Alison for about ten years, through two salon moves, and she has never let me down. She always seems to know what I need and is always up for trying new things, which is great as I am hopeless! The new salon has a cosy, friendly atmosphere and the parking is far easier now. Another very satisfied customer!

Alison akways does my hair how it should be. What i mean by this is i never know what I actually want but she always sorts me out. Anyone would think she is an expert ????

A first time visit for me and a return to a salon experience- it could not be faulted.
Alison really listened as I explained my goal for growing my hair and used her experience to cut it to help me towards that.
I feel normal again after she touched up my roots and the incredibly gentle hair wash was just much needed pure relaxation. A great way to start my half term.

I telephoned the Hair Lounge for directions to the salon and was extremely pleased with the polite and friendly information from the receptionist. I arrived a little early and was seated and offered coffee and chocolates.
Alison took time to ask how I managed my hair, asked my opinion and discussed the style which most suited my lifestyle. I was delighted with my new hairstyle and thoroughly enjoyed the salon experience.
