Leanne has been my hairdresser for 6 years and I am pleased to say that the new salon she has joined is a really nice place. All the folks there were calm, pleasant and very friendly. Relaxing and enjoyable experience. The L'Oriel colours she used on my hair was something I had had for years, but the previous salon I used changed to Goldwell which to be honest did nothing but damage to my hair ????But today there is a definite transformation it looks like it used to look ???? I am a very happy customer ???? I wish you all lots of luck in your new venture and would highly recommend.

The re-vamped salon has the same lovely people. The name may have changed but it it is still one of those special places that justify more than 5 stars.

Once again I had a great salon experience. I was concerned when I saw the name change but delighted that many of the A2 staff are still performing their magic on the heads of Malvern and beyond. My pre- appointment discussion was friendly and professional and today Adrian explained how the style I had chosen would work on my hair and then did a wonderful job which gave me bouncy face-framing hair which also puts up like a dream.I am very pleased with the result. I have been for my latest cut and colour today and I am as happy as each and every time I go. Neil is a fantastic hair stylist, he listens and offers good suggestions. I have never been disappointed after a visit. The salon is light and modern while still managing to remain small enough to be cosy and welcoming. This is a gem in Malvern and well worth a visit.

I have been a customer for 25 years. The salon has a new name and a new look but the same thoughtful and intelligent approach to my haircare needs. Ade understands hair as it changes and has supported me with a wide variety of styles, colours, treatments and looks over time. Without his expertise I am certain my hair would not look as good as it does and I would look and feel ten years older than I do! The chat and welcome is always good,too.

Excellent morning in 'The Little Hair Shop' Kate my stylist worked her usual miracle on my hair giving me a totally new colour and new look and even when, through my own choice, the colour was a bit brighter than I expected, went that extra mile to tweek it a bit so I came out a very happy lady. I've been going to Kate for over 20 years now and never once been disappointed ???? Great salon, friendly and caring staff, great service!
