I dropped in on the off-chance of getting my haircut, as we are new to the area, and I hadn't managed to squeeze one in since moving. I was greeted by a female stylist who directed me to the reception desk. There I was met by Gareth, who was very welcoming, and said he could do it straight away if it was convenient. Gowned up, I was taken for a hair wash. This was excellent as usually salon washes are a bit feeble, but this was a good firm wash.
Gareth then asked what I was looking for, and after explaining my nightmarish thick and wiry hair, he got stuck in. He explained how he was going to tackle it and asked relevant questions. We then chatted while he snipped away. He used a couple of products on my hair, which is not something I usually bother with as my hair has a mind of its'own. After about 40 minutes I was done, and I was very pleased with the result. It was very different from my usual short back and sides, and the products have given it a bit more definition and shape.
I was really pleased with the way that Gareth managed my hair, as I have been turned away before because it was too wiry. I would definitely recommend Iconic after my very impressive visit to their salon.

I love this salon....James was my stylist, new to the excellent team, really pleased with my hair. Very reasonable - only £22 for a wash, cut and blow dry. Great experience. Gareth is so positive, and makes everyone feel at ease. Hope to go again soon to pick me up on a dreary day!

This was my first visit to the salon and I was a bit nervous due to some bad experiences I'd had elsewhere. Liz was fantastic, she helped me choose the right colour for me and made me feel really comfortable. I felt so confident in her that I decided to have a complete change and the result was perfect. The salon was busy but had a really friendly, vibrant atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will be returning regularly.

I always enjoy my time at iconic as everyone is very welcoming. Carly is an excellent hairdresser who always cuts and colours my curly hair brilliantly. Absolutely thrilled with the results. My slightly fussy 8 yr old has a very smart haircut that we both love. Gareth is an absolute genius, so patient and just knows what will be best instinctively (despite my very garbled description of what we wanted). I have had many bad hair dressing experiences in my life, many bad hair cuts, several occasions of feeling uncomfortable with grumpy salon staff and one salon hair colouring nightmare which still upsets me to think about today. All of this has made visiting a hairdressers quite a stress inducing part of life for me.
I have however found my safe haven at iconic hair in Evesham.
I been seeing Lauren for something like 4 years now and I have no plans on changing this.
What makes Lauren so good at her job is that she is not only an excellent hairdresser who always makes sure she's got your hair just as you want it, but she's also a really lovely bubbly person who is very easy to chat to.
Sometimes with services like this you can find someone who is very good at their job but lack people skills or on the flip side are a nice person but they lack the higher skills/training you need for a quality hair appointment.
With Lauren however you are in safe hands and if anyone ever asks for a hairdressing recommendation it's always Lauren that is suggest/encourage my friends to go see (and my friends who have been to see her also think she is brilliant!).
