Throughout the whole process Lisa was friendly and helpful giving her expert opinion whilst still listening to what I wanted. I felt so safe with all the hygiene measures put in place. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable about any of it. I left the salon with the biggest change I've had for a long time, a big smile and a massive confidence boost. Lisa will be my new regular hairdresser if she can stand to have me.

Nervous first cut for a year and moved to a new area so needing new hairdresser ... Lauren was friendly and helped me relax and trust her ... i wasn’t all that clear about what I wanted as I’d never had long hair before but at times quite liked it .. Lauren did a good job of compromise and I do like the cut...

First appointment with James today and he was great. Fun and flowing conversation throughout my time in the salon with good explanation regarding what steps were needed to reach my hair goal. Greeted by Dom at the door, COVID precautions are impeccable. Temperature check and hand sanitizer on arrival. Dividers and throw away gowns!
