Lovely, friendly service. Spot on with their safety precautions and I felt completely safe with all the measures in place. Hazel was friendly, knowledgeable and an amazing stylist. I love my hair! Lucy was wonderful and gave an amazing head massage. 10 out of 10 and I can't wait for my colour next week.

These are miserable times but having your hair done is guaranteed to cheer you up. I love the fact that Kim really listens to what I want and never fists more and more colour, which previous hairdressers have done. Result: good, clean cut, colour great, condition super. Thanks Kim.

Lucy continues to develop with confidence. She shows this in the way she handles my hair and the equipment. When she is not working with clients hair she is aware of other things to do in the salon. I would say she is progressing nicely.

Another lovely visit to Creative! I went in not knowing what I wanted to do with my hair but as always I left feeling so much better. Hazel is a magician! I told her I needed a change but didn't know what. We chatted about a few vague ideas I had flirted with and Hazel made a suggestion which I liked. So we went for it and I am very happy. Already had compliments about the cut and style. I know I can trust Hazel and give her free range. And Lucy gives a great head massage when she washes your hair! The reason i keep comibg back is that I know I am in good hands and it feels like visiting your favourite family. I also appreciated that the salon are currently asking clients to wash their hands before treatment. Small thing but the consideration is appreciated - just one more way they are looking after their clients.

The staff were waiting for me and began work straight away. Discussion took place about my needs. Hazel did a professional job and kept me entertained. Kim took over to blow dry my hair. She was proficient and was pleasant when chatting to me.

As I have a special programme at the salon I join with Lucy on a monthly basis and she does my hair as part of her training. She has progressed very quickly and I would urge anyone to join her in her training programme. She needs the opportunity to develop.

First time I've had my hair highlighted at creative hair, also had a cut and dry afterwards. Looks wonderful thank you. Would highly recommend this salon, very friendly and helpful staff.

I find the staff lovely and very relaxed . I can moan about the aging process but have a good laugh and go home with some good tips .

I always enjoy having my hair done at creative hair.....I have been going for over a year and as well as my hair looking lovely every time it’s set, I enjoy the company and feel they r like family to me as I am 92years of age.

Having moved to the area relatively recently, I can’t believe my luck that there’s such a top class salon close by.
I wanted a new style. Tracey listened to my thoughts and used her own experience, taking into account my lifestyle to give me a style that I love and works for me. Needless to say, I’ll be going back!

I have been coming to the salon for two and a half years and can highly recommend them. The team are always so friendly and welcoming, the salon is clean and bright with a lovely atmosphere and the service is spot on. Everyone remembers you, asks about something that you have spoken about previously and is just genuinely nice. It's like seeing a group of old friends again. Hazel has done wonders with my hair which was looking shaggy and lifeless when I walked in but now looks so much healthier and better. So many people have commented on the colour recently - she had got it spot on. Now with a new cut and style my hair once again looks good and I don't need a hat! Once again I left the salon feeling so much better than when I walked in.
