So I have been going to Hazel for a few years now and every time I go I'd only ever let her trim a tiny bit off my waist length hair. I decided it was time for a change, so booked a restyle and gave Hazel complete control only requirement I have to be able to put it up. I'm obsessed with the outcome, my curls have come back completely with lovely ringlets and everything. Love it!!! Thank you Hazel amazing as always.

I was a little frazzled this morning so to enter a place of calm was just what I needed.
Hazel heard my take of woe and proceeded to give me a head treatment at the end of washing my hair. Lovely!
My hair looked great too!

Another great visit to Creative. I always feel so much better when I walk out and not just because my hair looks and feels so good. It's like visiting your favourite family, you feel welcome and there's always a good catch up chat, a warm cuppa and welcome.

I received a warm welcome in a Covid friendly environment. Hazel listened carefully and advised appropriately on the style I desired. After an amazing shampoo and head massage, Hazel created the funkiest inverted bob I've ever had... It looks amazing! The whole team were delightful. Both Lucy and Tracy helped to complete my hair treatment. Lucy did an efficient colour on my hair and Tracy did her usual exemplary cut and style.

Kim has cut and rejuvenated my curls.I bounced out of the salon, very happy. She has also given me great advice on how to care for my curls. I warmly recommend Kim if you have curly hair.
The salon has a lovely atmosphere and is very covid- secure.

I have waited nearly a year to have my hair cut and it was well worth it! So happy with it and all ready to go out for drinks for the first time in as long :)

Been going to creative for about 5 years now so hazel was the only person going to do my wedding hair. So went recently for my trial and she listened to what I thought I wanted and then we tried her suggestion which we all agreed was far more suited to myself. As always top service

So Hazel always colours my hair and of course it goes without saying that she is fabulous! But today I would like to give a big shout out to Lucy! Not only did she wait in the freezing cold so I could have my test in time but she also gave me THE most relaxing scalp massage, sorry I nearly nodded off!

I’ve been going to Creative Hair Salon for about a year now after moving to the area. As I’d been going to my previous hairdresser for many years I was a little apprehensive going somewhere new. I soon realised I didn’t have anything to worry about.
Hazel listened to what I wanted, took into account my lifestyle and the resulting haircut was spot on. I’ve now decided to try something slightly different and again the result is amazing.
Their assistant Lucy is really friendly. It’s great that she always washes my hair, rather than a different person each time, so we can have a catch up.
I’d definitely recommend them.

Given that all staff have been working hard they continue to offer a cheery welcome and give a very good service. My blow dry was exemplary and other customers commented favourably.
I look forward to my appointment next week

It was excellent.

Yesterday I had my hair coloured and cut ready for Christmas. I love going to the salon, the girls are always so helpful and caring. I was over the moon with the result, and would recommend the Salon without any hesitation. I felt completely safe there, as they are taking every possible precaution to keep their customers safe and well.

Another pleasant experience - everyone ready to play their part in the train of tasks. A very relaxing environment amongst friendly staff..My blow dry was excellent.

I always enjoy my visit here as everyone is so warm and friendly. Hazel knows exactly what I want and I have never been disappointed with the outcome. The price list is reasonably set to be competitive with other salons .I could go to nearer places but choose not too because of the great service. I would always recommend Creative Hair and Beauty.

Went to the Salon yesterday. Was unsure of what style and colour I wanted. Came out feeling a million dollars with a lovely style and colour.
