Every visit is a great experience, with a really relaxed atmosphere, so I never feel awkward or uncomfortable and I always leave feeling confident and pleased with my hair. Danielle is always fantastic, she helps you with ideas, you never feel rushed and she always fits me in even though I wait till the last minutes sometimes. Overall experience is brilliant.
As always from the moment you enter the salon to leaving, Danielle makes your visit very personal. She takes the time to listen to your requirements, advises when necessary, and is always very professional. I have been travelling from Birmingham for 2 years to her salon, as she is the only stylist I would trust to do my hair. She is so kind and caring, and always has a friendly ear when you talk to her about life outside the salon. She is a bubbly, caring young woman, who you feel at ease with, and makes your visit something to look forward to. Not like some stylists I have been to over the years, where you are just a number. Here for the 30 minutes appointment time I have, she treats me like Judy, not just another client.
I love Danielle. She’s like my therapist. She is so good at her job that I have been her client for over 15 years. She is patient with my many hair challenges. We giggle a lot each week. Don’t go there cos I want her all to myself.
