After so long I really would not trust anyone but Adam to colour and style my hair.

My 2 small children love Louise, she makes them feel safe and she listens to what they want which makes a massive difference. She is so patient with them too. I’m happy to leave to yo cut their hair while I sit in the waiting area and they feel fine with that too. That really is not easy to find

It was my first time going to Madame's. My mum recommended it to me as she was very pleased with her haircut. I have had a very good experience as Louise listened to me and I came out with just what I wanted.

A colour, wash and cut that left my hair shiny, soft and manageable. I left feeling calm and refreshed. A lovely environment with friendly, professional stylists.

Today I had my five week cut and colour
Louise did a great job as I decided to add some copper to my blonde colour
The end result was just what I wanted, she always listens and advises before we start any changes

Only Adam and Louise would provide me with a snack if porridge as I wasn’t feeling so good.
It is this kind of personal and caring service that has made me return for the last ten years! Oh and obviously the great hair styling ❤️
