I was very unhappy with the state of my hair. Since living back in the UK from Australia I had not been using Redken products. Sadly my hair is suffering probably due to age and change of climate! I checked on the net for a salon using Redken and came across Madames. I told my story to a very kind understanding and patient Adam who gave me great advice and armed with a Redken shampoo and conditioner and an appointment for a month later I'm a happy bunny again! ! I've been using the products since then have noticed a huge improvement in my hair. I look forward to my appointment with Adam at Madames in a month's time for half head foils and trim. Even better news is that I get a discount on a Tuesday for being over 60!!?? Thank you Redken and especially Adam at Madames. Amanda

Been coming here for a while now and they always give such good advice, especially today when I went in with totally ruined hair. They are all so down to earth, easy to talk to and always do their best to make you happy with your hair. I wouldn't go anywhere else now when it comes to my hair! Thank you guys! Becca x

Went today to have my hair cut for my daughters wedding , Never been before and my appointment was with Adam ,(had won vouchers in a charity event )
I have a phobia about hairdressers and explained this to him and he put me straight at ease , I have never had such a lovely hair wash with what I can only say as a head massage, as he cut my hair he asked questions about length each time, and by the time we finished all I can say is , WOW it was what I asked for and very very happy (and I never say that after being at the hairdressers ), SO Thank you Adam , I will be back (and that is something that has never happened) highly recommend this salon

Great service friendly hairdresser

After having my legs waxed in Saturday I was left feeling disappointed. When I got home I found many hairs that had been missed and had to remove them myself and after a few hours my legs feel like the day after shaving.

So pleased with my cut. I entered with my hair in such a bad and poor condition. Adam listened, gave me a lot of good advice and a really good cut. Left very Happy and have booked my next appointment for the trim:)

Came in and everyone was so friendly and really helpful sorted out the mess I had made of my hair, alix made it a lovely colour but lightening it and taking out my reddness and gave it a cut how I wanted

Had a great consultation and restyle by Adam, it's ever so common not being able to proper explain what you want, but Adam really took his time, listened, told me his suggestions and made sure I understood what he was talking about.
Then while he was cutting my hair he kept checking that I was happy with the length.

I absolutely adore Adam and his team at Madames. They are so friendly, very professional, highly trained and amazing at their job.

Today Adam did a colour correction for me and I am sooo over the moon with the results. From start to finish Adam talked me through the whole process, recommending colours to suit my skin tone and products to help repair and protect my over-coloured hair - even explaining the science behind it! No hard sell. Just genuine personal opinions.

I would highly recommend choosing Adam and his team for your next hair cut / colour!! The atmosphere in the salon is lovely. 5 stars, everytime!

I have been coming to this Salon for many years. I really enjoy the time I spend having my hair and nails done. My Stylist Becky is fabulous and Louise Manicures my nails just the way I like them. Nothing is to much trouble and they make a lovely cup of tea. Being a pensioner I benefit from the 20% discount offered on Tuesday and Wednesday for Hair and Beauty Treatments. Thank you Adam and your staff for staff for taking the time to make me feel special.

I have known Adam for many years,but only recently he cut and styled my hair.What a cut, precise and so easy to do myself,normally a few weeks after a cut,it loses it's shape,but not this time 7 weeks after I am still very happy with it.lovely stylist,lovely salon ,well done Adam and team

Adam takes so much care to make sure you get exactly what you want and you leave looking like a million dollars.
Louise is really good with her massage techniques and gets all those tricky little knots out without causing you pain.
the salon is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean.
the price won't break the bank either.
All in all I wouldn't go anywhere else.

On saturday 13th June I spent 2 hours being pampered by Becky and Louise and it was a wonderful experience. Becky coloured, cut and blow dryed my hair, Louise gave me a mini pedicure and manicure. Becky always takes into account how I want my hair to look but does not hesitate to let me know if it wont look right or will not suit me. Choosing a colour is easy as she gives my helpful advice re my skin tone and covering grey hair. I always have a head massage and a cup of tea on every visit and she makes sure I am really happy with my hair before I leave the salon. I love the way Louise does my nails she files them to the right shape and lets me take my time when choosing the polish, there is so much choice that it takes time but I tend to stick to the same colour. Because I like the way Louise does things I now have the confidence to try other treatments in the future. This means all of my needs will be in one salon and I would not like to change stylist or beautican.

Had a wash and cut. Great cut, exactly what I wanted. Hair feels and looks fabulous!

I found Louise most helpfully in answering my questions at the end of my treatment. I feel very relaxed and would like to book another treatment soon maybe for a full massage. The Indian head massaged included my back which was a lovely surprise. A lovely way to spend an hour. Thank you Louise

I have been going to Adam for quite a few years now, and as a VERY fussy customer I've never been so consistently pleased with my hair, so much so that I now live 40 minutes away and still go back to Madames! Adam is a perfectionist and never lets me leave the salon with my hair looking anything other than perfect no matter what the time. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Love taking time out at Madames to chill out. Always a fabulous service with friendly faces. Adam is fab fir sorting out my "mum hair" i.e. dragged through a hedge backwards. Always come out feeling a bit glam. Completely trust Adam to do what he thinks best and he really does always know best (graduated bob type style still one of my faves!!). Lou's Massage & facial was THE BEST I've ever had (& I have been to some really posh spas too!). Can't wait to book in again! X

As always I left feeling fabulous! I had my hair cut and coloured by Adam. Only downside to going here is I am too relaxed after to do anything....it's just so easy going and friendly. Love you guy's!

Cut and blow dry ,really pleased with the style .
So glad I went there .

Very particular about who cuts my hair only went in to madams for a blow dry. After speaking to Adam and listening to advice about a style I wanted decided to go for it and as he had time he cut my hair there and then!! I absolutely love it!!!! A really expert and good cut and exactly what I wanted. I have really thick hair and takes some blow during but Adam did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend him as a stylist and now he has gained a new perminant client. So easy to book an appointment even late at night when I get home from work and everywhere is closed. Just went on line onto the madam website chose my convenient time slots and that was it!! Appointment confirmed by e mail AND a text reminder! Brilliant everyone should try him! Julie
