Adam cuts my hair and my daughters and we are always pleased with it. He is very professional and listens to what you want done with your hair.

Just had my first cut and colour from Adam very pleased with the result , Adam is very professional he listened to what I wanted ., and really made me feel at ease . I love my new colour and have rebooked another appointment .

A totally pampery experience as usual for my daughter, thanks Adam and for the gift :-) . Also, thanks very much to your lady who made a lovely cup of tea for us.

Adam cut my hair beautifully and i am so pleased with what he did. Lovely wash and head massage, sink was comfortable which is rare. Was offered a tea or coffee and genuinely enjoyed the experience. Wish my hair looked like this all the time!!

When I first had the idea of changing my hair color I wanted to meet a person that would help me understand what I wanted. Then I met Alix. She immediately knew what I wanted. I wanted to have a hairstyle and colour. My friends are like WOW. A complete transformation. I always look forward to my appointments at Madames like it's an experience everytime. Came into the salon today for a colour change. From dark to light. Had a full set of foils by Alix. So happy with the result, booked to go back

Great work by team. Friendly and helpful. Perm looked great until it was brushed out and now have to wait 3 days before can wash and see how the perm actually turned out and style it how I want.

Had a half head of highlights, Alex the stylist was very attentive, thorough and friendly. Really enjoyable treatment today. And was pleased when I was given 20% discount as well for a first time visitor to the salon.

Very good on time - listened to what I wanted and the hairdresser had acknowledged it was my birthday and gave me 10% off my bill

I was very unhappy with the state of my hair. Since living back in the UK from Australia I had not been using Redken products. Sadly my hair is suffering probably due to age and change of climate! I checked on the net for a salon using Redken and came across Madames. I told my story to a very kind understanding and patient Adam who gave me great advice and armed with a Redken shampoo and conditioner and an appointment for a month later I'm a happy bunny again! ! I've been using the products since then have noticed a huge improvement in my hair. I look forward to my appointment with Adam at Madames in a month's time for half head foils and trim. Even better news is that I get a discount on a Tuesday for being over 60!!?? Thank you Redken and especially Adam at Madames. Amanda

Been coming here for a while now and they always give such good advice, especially today when I went in with totally ruined hair. Went today to have my hair cut for my daughters wedding , Never been before and my appointment was with Adam ,(had won vouchers in a charity event )
I have a phobia about hairdressers and explained this to him and he put me straight at ease , I have never had such a lovely hair wash with what I can only say as a head massage, as he cut my hair he asked questions about length each time, and by the time we finished all I can say is , WOW it was what I asked for and very very happy (and I never say that after being at the hairdressers ), SO Thank you Adam , I will be back (and that is something that has never happened) highly recommend this salon

Great service friendly hairdresser

After having my legs waxed in Saturday I was left feeling disappointed. When I got home I found many hairs that had been missed and had to remove them myself and after a few hours my legs feel like the day after shaving.

So pleased with my cut. I entered with my hair in such a bad and poor condition. Adam listened, gave me a lot of good advice and a really good cut. Left very Happy and have booked my next appointment for the trim:)

Had a great consultation and restyle by Adam, it's ever so common not being able to proper explain what you want, but Adam really took his time, listened, told me his suggestions and made sure I understood what he was talking about.
Then while he was cutting my hair he kept checking that I was happy with the length.

I absolutely adore Adam and his team at Madames. They are so friendly, very professional, highly trained and amazing at their job.

Today Adam did a colour correction for me and I am sooo over the moon with the results. From start to finish Adam talked me through the whole process, recommending colours to suit my skin tone and products to help repair and protect my over-coloured hair - even explaining the science behind it! No hard sell. Just genuine personal opinions.

Had bad hair colour , need a correction. Adam the owner has coloured my hair beautifully so professional and he knew exactly what he was doing blow dryed it lovely for my nite out. Explained every thing fully to me at the start and all the way through! Very impressive

I have been coming to this Salon for many years. I really enjoy the time I spend having my hair and nails done. My Stylist Becky is fabulous and Louise Manicures my nails just the way I like them. Nothing is to much trouble and they make a lovely cup of tea. Being a pensioner I benefit from the 20% discount offered on Tuesday and Wednesday for Hair and Beauty Treatments.
