Friendly and pleasant service

Firstly and most importantly the haircut is great!! Add to that the hygiene and safety measures as well as the friendly nature of everyone, and the whole experience is great!

My daughter had highlights put on her hair, they look great she's really pleased. The aftercare was explained to us really clearly as well.

I’ve just had my hair cut and styled by Louise as I have done for several years and her cut is perfect as always. Not only is Louise a really talented hairdresser, she’s so lovely which always makes the appointment enjoyable. Both Louise and Adam deserve all the success they get - Madame’s will always be my go to salon. Keep up the awesome work guys!

I have just moved to local area and thought I'd try this salon . Very happy ! I was welcomed with a friendly face and a coffee . All very covid safe and I saw them cleaning after each client . Adam was fab ! Never made me feel bad for not wanting colour anymore ! Which I had experienced before . Was very happy with my cut and he did exactly what I wanted and no more ! All in all I was a very happy lady and will be back !

It was great. The heat was getting to me so I couldn't really enjoy my 2 & half hours but the end result was brilliant. I have had a lot of people ask where I did this. Hopefully they are booking with madames. I know I found my hairstyle now.

I’ve been seeing Louise at salon for years, she always does a fantastic job at cutting and colouring my hair. Louise and Adam are always so welcoming and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

A trip to Madames always makes me feel extra special. Never needed more so than in these trying times we are having to live in. Adam not only understands my hair requirements but also allows you to feel relaxed and looked after.

The booking process was easy. There were clear signs of what was in place in line with government guidance and keeping everyone safe. Adam was really professional and helped me to understand how to make the most of my hair type. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be returning.
