Great salon and staff. It's a great place to just be part of every time I want a haircut. I trust Natasha completely with my hair and style. It's quite comforting other customers can join in the conversation even if it's only to agree and or chuckle.
I have been coming to William and Mary for 15 years and prior to that, I was a client of Mary's at her previous salon in Ringwood. They always say, if you are happy with the service, attention to detail and fabulous results, then why go anywhere else.
Whilst my initial consultation somehow got lost from the system I was seen very quickly by Kieran who was very helpful and gave me some good advice and ideas. I am now booked in with him to complete the ideas we discussed. He inspired a lot of confidence.
