I had an appointment with Lucy recently. Due to a previous hair colour disaster, at another salon in town, she came to my rescue! My hair had been seriously frazzled, so she cut it and treated it, and made it feel soft and manageable again. She was really knowledgeable about products that would help to restore my hair and took the time to advise and reassure me. I would definitely recommend Lucy and Hair @ 28!
