We`re sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations regarding cleanliness of our salon. Our team always tries to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our clients ,We are aware that the bathroom roof is leaking and we have plans in place to have it fixed, we need good weather to be able to do this . Please be aware that we took over the salon just over 1 year ago and made a few slight alterations and we are planning a full refurb sometime in 2026. Your feedback has been noted. We respect your decision to change salons but would be very sad to loose you as a regular client .
