Arrived 30mins early fir my appointment ,but Sarah delayed her lunch and completed my treatment so I could get on my way quickly . Always had excellent service from all personnel in the salon.

As always a great, professional service from Libby today. I had a half head of highlights, cut and finish. Libby adjusted the colours, chatted through the options and then did a great job.

Excellent service. Everyone caring and explained options. Eleanor very nice and easy to get along with, listened carefully to my concerns and had plenty of suggestions.

Great service at always at Saks Wetherby. All staff are super friendly and Eleanor was great, she listened to exactly what I wanted and also gave me opinions that I wouldn’t have thought of, Charlotte who washed my hair was also very professional.

Claire is an excellent and talented hair stylist and is always so kind and friendly.
The Salon is immaculately clean and tidy and the staff are always welcoming.

Moved to Saks a few years ago and have never regretted it, lovely place, I get comments on the colour and cut. I know they will be flexible but if you want a particular stylist it pays to book ahead.

Yet another excellent appointment. I’ve always been pleased with the result mainly because Sarah understands what I want and is successsful in getting it perfectly. It’s always a friendly, warm atmosphere with a nice coffee made by Adam.

The second time I have seen Eleanor and she has been lovely. I had my long messy curly hair cut into a short layered bob today and it’s great. Eleanor put me at ease and swiftly and professionally cut my hair while we had a nice chat. I highly recommend Elanor at Saks in Wetherby and appreciate what she did for me x

Sarah has been cutting my hair now for nearly a year. She always listens to what I want and offers good ideas and tips. Appointments are always on time. Sarah is very friendly and good to chat with and I always feel well looked after. The salon also has a nice, welcoming vibe. I have always been very pleased with the way she cuts and drys my hair. Would highly recommend.

I had a cut and blow dry with Eleanor today it was a very last minute appointment but she was amazing very friendly but professional talked me through the cut and gave her opinion aswell and listening to what I wanted the whole salon experience was on point and relaxing first time visiting a salon in a long time and I now won’t go anywhere else Adam also washed my hair and was friendly and polite I had an issue with my card and they remained professional and patient while sorted the situation out throughly recommend saks wetherby thank you all.

I have been going to the salon for some years now and I’ve always been more than satisfied with the outcome. My hair is well cut and styled and I would thoroughly recommend the salon to my friends. The shop is spotless and all the staff welcoming.

Fantastic hair cut and service

Eleanor did an amazing job of styling my young daughters’ hair. She chatted to them and made the experience special for them.
We didn’t feel rushed, even though she was very busy. Eleanor took the time to listen to what they wanted and made them feel very grown up!
