About time I left a proper review after being a customer for years way before they re branded as Saks. Nat & her family have created & developed a fabulous business & environment for customers that I always recommend to people as every visit is a great experience. They go above & beyond. Everyone is so friendly & welcoming putting you instantly at ease. Loved all the treatments I've had over the years which include, manicures/pedicures, microdermasion facials, electrolysis & facials waxing/threading.
Highly recommend! Student discount & their loyalty app are also a big bonus.

Victoria came to my wedding venue (Queens hotel 12th August 2022) to do my bridal hair and my sister's hair. Victoria was so lovely, very professional and extremely good at her job. I had so many comments on my wedding day about how lovely my hair was. I would without hesitation recommend SAKS and especially victoria. Thanks again x

I have been visiting Saks as a regular customer since the take over from Millie's and although I usually see Zoe or Sharon all of the Therapists and staff are very friendly and warm and knowledgeable, the service is excellent and I highly recommend

I've had a few appointments here but first I'll start with Zoe who does my wax regularly she is fantastic and bubbly, always puts my mind at ease and does a fantastic job.

Secondly I have to say Naomi did a fantastic job of stripping and cutting my hair recently, it took a very long time but she was friendly and patient and will be booking in with her again soon

Lovely little salon in Leeds city centre. My first visit so took advantage of the reduced price offer for first time customers. Naomi is very professional and discusses with you exactly what you require. Very pleased with my trim. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Treat yourselves ladies!

Therapist Zoe (know there are two, so full-time Zoe) she was excellent, professional, friendly; made me feel really welcome, relaxed and comfortable. Libby kindly fitted me in, after my booking at another salon got cancelled so really ? grateful for that as I go on holiday tomorrow and was at a loss what to do. Lovely environment, would recommend, look forward to meeting the other Zoe and rest of team on another occasion as will definitely go back. Thank All ? xx

Called on the off chance of a last minute appointment for an eyelash and eyebrow tint and luckily one was available, even though the end of the day, there was no rush, it was a lovely experience and the whole place felt relaxed and friendly

I was greeted by 3 lovely smiling faces and was guided to my chair for a consultation. The young lady who washed my hair was lovely and we had a good chat. Victoria my hairdresser listened to my request and cut my hair just how i wanted it. Very good experience and very pleased x
