My second time to this salon and both experiences have been warm and welcoming. It’s so refreshing to go to a salon and to be treated well and where nothing is too much trouble. Really impressed with the customer experience.

I was happy with the condoning treatment and blow dry, but am confused as to why I was charged £50 as I was told when booking over the phone that the price for a conditioning treatment and blow dry was £37. When I said that was too expensive, she booked me with a different stylist for £35. So why have I been charged £50?

Emma was really understanding of my preference. Even though i was unsure on what suited me, she did her best to advise and style it to perfection!! So so happy with the results. I will definitely be back xx

My pamper day at Saks was the perfect experience. Zoe is meticulous, professional and the ultimate kind and attentive beauty therapist. I had a whole package of treatments, manicure, pedicure, lashes coloured, brows and waxing. I left feeling relaxed and totally pampered. Thank you for fitting me in for a bouncy blow dry too ladies. I forgot the woman’s name who did my hair she was blonde but she was so sweet and did such a good job doing my hair and I got many compliments when I went to my prom definitely will be coming back x

Amazing service I think the therapist was Zoe and she went over and above to help me solve my issue of booking at the wrong salon. All Staff were friendly and helpful and offered refreshment drinks

I love getting my hair done by Victoria!!! She’s always so kind and I really appreciate that we discuss how I want my hair done and make sure we’re both on the same page. She always does my hair so beautifully and I can never fault her work!

I’ve been to get my hair cut by Emma a few times now, she’s always very kind and welcoming and i’m always very happy with my hair after :)

It was an amazing experience with Emma. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and I just loved her efforts. She was incredibly patient and heard my concerns with great attention and delivered a haircut way beyond my expectation. My kids loved my new look and the eldest even remarked how young I looked, all thanks to Emma and the incredible Saks team. I’ll be coming again for sure!!

The girl who did my hair was lovely, but my hair ended up quite a bit shorter than I wanted. I asked for it to be cut to below bust length, but it’s ended up just above.

She did ask if I was ready for a big chop, as my hair was very long, but I didn’t realise quite how much length was going to come off.

I’m not placing full blame on the stylist, as I think there may have been a bit of a misunderstanding. When I showed the length I wanted, I think it may have been taken more as a general guide rather than the exact point where I wanted it cut. I wish I had been clearer that I didn’t want it any shorter than that.

I only get my hair cut once a year, so I’m feeling a little disappointed and go on holiday next week and now not really feeling my best. The stylist herself was lovely and I appreciate her time.

I really needed to find a new Hairdresser as my friend and stylist of over 30years has passed away.
Today Carmel cut my hair, and styled it beautifully. It was really needing attention.
It has been done beautifully and she is a lovely, talented person who made the whole experience wonderful.

As always Carmel gives me the best cut ever.As well as a nice conversation in a friendly atmosphere. I always feel good when I leave.

Wonderful Zoe always does my lashes perfectly and they last. I have either 8/9 which look like lovely 'normal' lashes. Zoe is chatty, calm and takes care of her clients.

It was me and my daughters first time at saks, and even we weren’t sure what we wanted 100%. After some discussions Emma helped us decide and she was beyond amazing, she was very attentive with her work but also very very friendly. She made sure we were comfortable and she made sure we loved our hair, which we did. Love that there is a private room for us hijabi women. Will be returning.
