I'm a regular customer of saks leeds and although usually see Zoe, I would highly recommend all staff, my experience is always very positive. Zoe is fabulous, however I would feel confident with any of the team, they are all very friendly and provide an excellent service

I recently had my hair cut by Rohan, and it was an excellent experience. He was super welcoming and really took the time to listen to what I wanted, making sure to tailor the cut perfectly to my style.
Rohan's attention to detail is top-notch, and it showed in the beautiful haircut I got. But what made the experience stand out was how enjoyable he made it. He's got a great sense of humor and is easy to talk to, making the time fly by.
In short, Rohan is not just skilled with scissors; he's a joy to be around. I left feeling great about my new look and uplifted by the whole experience. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great haircut and a fun time.

Been getting my lash extensions and eyebrows done with Zoe at Saks for around 6 months now and I couldn’t wish for better treatment! Feel super welcome every time I go in, and I’m always so relaxed!

Had my hair done by the lovely Melissa, who previously coloured and cut my hair, and this time did a toner & cut to freshen up my long bob! Happy as I always am with the service at Saks - I’ve been coming here for years and have had Victoria, Rohan and Mel do my hair and I have always been very happy with the result! I have been coming to saks for beauty treatments with Zoe but iv never had my hair done, the stylist who did my hair has done it lovely she was polite and patient with me. I have a new born baby and had to wait for my husband to finish his treatment before starting my hair, she was very chatty and made me feel really relax. I love how she has done my curls.
