Sharon is an amazing therapist!! I always choose her when I book a massage. She always gets my knots out of my back. I feel like I have a brand new back after the massage. Lovely beautician however left with sunscreen pilling on my skin, think the combination of products didn’t work for me! I’ve had better massages

This is my third cut with Carmel and, as always, it is a wonderful haircut! She pays attention to detail which is super important for someone with thick and stubborn Asian hair. She also understands what I like in terms of style/styling and absolutely delivers!

I am really pleased with my haircut. It is more layered and frames my face. l asked for more shape around my jaw and to keep length of my naturally wavy hair. Love all the different blow dry finishes from curled, straight and flicked!

This was the first time having my hair done at Saks and it was a great experience. I had a consultation with Carmel who envisaged exactly what I was trying to achieve with colour goal and Emma has done an absolutely fab job. I never expected such great results and to end up with such a well blended and light blonde balayage after box dying my hair copper for years. Thank you so much, can’t recommend highly enough!

I am So happy with my hair today after Carmel cut and blow dried it .I could tell she is a perfectionist and took her time making sure it was into the style I asked for ,the finishing touch was perfect and will gladly go back now I am happy I found myself a new hairdresser .

I came to get my nails done. I wanted a specific blue, I told her which I one like but she didn't check in advance if that blue is available later after my nails were prepped already she went to get that colour and apparently the bottle was almost finishing. She said she will try to get it out still but now my nails ended up with steaks. First time I have streaks from gel nails
