Wanted a last minute booking for Christmas and New Year nails and got in a last minute slot. A lovely atmosphere, conversation and service! Lovely chat with hot chocolate was just what I needed and my nails look gorgeous!

The treatment was very good, Francesca is great therapist and it never fails to help with my aches and pains, I have been many times before and will continue to use this salon.

Excellent customer service and spa experience received. Today’s booking was a walk in appointment where we were given available in the afternoon to receive a full body massage and facial Skin30 treatment for two people at the same time. We were received on time and had a lovely experience with great service. This is a very high quality for value and we would highly recommend Saks. The staff members were brilliant and delivered high quality massage.
