I've been coming to Saks for a while now and have never had a bad experience. Emma is always on time, kind and lovely and always does a great job with my hair. I leave feeling relaxed and confident. It's easy to book on the app and it's handy to have evening appointments on a weekday so I can come after work.

Much needed hair cut and also had a treatment and wow what a difference… Carmel really listened to me what a lovely lady. My hair hasn’t felt this good for a long time.

Please don’t go here for a pedicure it’s a file and polish your feet do not touch any water! I booked two pedicures as a treat for my sisters birthday for us both and we met in Leeds thought this salon was a safe bet how wrong I was ive conversed with HQ and salon manager to no avail apparently you can advertise a file and polish as a full pedicure that’s false advertising to me. Natalie offered me 20% off my next visit neither my sister or I are near a salon so an empty promise as Leeds was a one off. They might be good with hair but the £67 I paid for two files and polishes was a rip off DO NOT GO THERE FOR PEDICURES! I’ve had many pedicures this service was not a pedicure and ruined my sisters birthday so don’t fall into the same trap BUYER BEWARE!

Absolutely love my new haircut! Carmel is a true perfectionist! She took so much care and attention to detail to create the perfect short pixie style I asked for. It’s honestly a work of art. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

Omg I had such a amazing time my hair was fluffy frizzy dry and dull and horrible and after a difficult time I just needed something done with it well the stylist was absolutely fantastic my hair is soft shiny and healthy looking my hair no longer tangled when touch she has done a amazing job she is a angel I can't believe how good my hair is thankyou!

Had a lovely appointment with Carmel today. I hadn’t been to Saks before and I’m so glad I made my booking. Carmel was amazing, so friendly and lovely and she cut my hair absolutely perfectly - exactly what I asked for! I had my first Hollywood waxing at Lovesack with Zoe A and it was such a positive experience.
