As I suffer with anxiety going to a new hairdresser is very hard for me, but I needn’t have worried, Victoria put me at ease straight away. Very friendly. Listened to me and I am very happy. In fact I have booked another appointment

My first visit to Saks Leeds salon and I was not disappointed. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, my stylist Greta specialised in shorter hair cuts which is why I chose her when booking my appointment online. She listened intently to what I wanted and delivered a perfect haircut - my husband said it was the best I had had in ages! Which is a big compliment, believe me. I will definitely be calling in again soon.

First time at the salon Victoria was amazing.

What an amazing experience my 4yo had today! It was her first haircut and the staff took care of her gently and patiently. I forgot to take her name unfortunately but I highly commend their service. My daughter won’t be scared to go to a salon because she had an amazing experience!

I went to saks leeds city center for the 1st time to get my hair cut ftom start to finish it was amazing and welcoming my stylist was friendly and informative the salon was beautiful presrnted giving an air of tranqquilty and to top it off i came away with the hair cut i wanted. Thankyou x

This is the first time my daughter has actually enjoyed a haircut and felt amazing afterwards. Emma is kind, patient and knows exactly what she’s doing - and possibly most importantly, I think she’s gained a very loyal customer.

Sharon is absolutely amazing and professional! She always checks that I’m comfortable and is very friendly and chatty. Having electrolysis done is the best decision I’ve ever made and I’m already seeing the results. I wouldn’t go anywhere for my electrolysis.

Very nice experience

This was my second visit in a number of weeks for body wax with Sharon...This time round was chest and abdomen...I got a last minute slot on treatwell and as in both appointments it was a great experience...Sharon is clearly very experienced and polite puts you at ease and gets through the wax quickly...This helps you forget about the spots that give you a bit of pain...There is always a great relaxed atmosphere on entry and great staff welcome with very clean premises on top of a great and prompt wax experience with Sharon leaving feeling good and an all round great feel and experience

Shannon gave me an excellent haircut and listened to everything I wanted. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, especially as I was feeling anxious about trying a salon for the first time. She washed and styled my hair beautifully, and I left feeling so happy with the result.

I’ve been really wanting (and needing) a haircut after having a bad one cut at another salon, so I booked in with Shannon and couldn’t be happier with the results!! I saw a lovely lady but I never got her name she was as gentle as she could be very good I went today the 30th of July at 2-30.

I had an appt with Victoria today, she is so pleasant and helpful and made a previously bad haircut at another salon look so much better. I will definitely make a further appt with Victoria and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and the salon to anyone looking for a good haircut in a lovely salon.

I hate writing a bad review, but this was a really poor nail experience. The final product for my gel pedicure is just okay (there are ridges and fluff stuck in the paint). The french tip on my BIAB manicure is so messy. If I was braver, I would have gone back to the salon and asked for a refund for the manicure. I have had to nibble all the paint left around my nails to make them look even a little better. Again, fluff stuck into the paint and some of the paint is lumpy. Very disappointed

My mum and I been getting my hair done here for years and every visit is consistently excellent. Victoria always takes great care with the wash, gives me a precise cut that suits me perfectly, and finishes with a smooth, flawless blow‑dry. I always leave feeling confident and happy with my hair. Truly reliable, skilled, and lovely to be around. Highly recommend.

Carmel is brilliant, she did a fantastic cut and color for me. It was so good I got a lot of compliments at work and from my family. Never go anywhere else again❤️

My second time to this salon and both experiences have been warm and welcoming. It’s so refreshing to go to a salon and to be treated well and where nothing is too much trouble. Really impressed with the customer experience.

I was happy with the condoning treatment and blow dry, but am confused as to why I was charged £50 as I was told when booking over the phone that the price for a conditioning treatment and blow dry was £37. When I said that was too expensive, she booked me with a different stylist for £35. So why have I been charged £50?

Emma was really understanding of my preference. Even though i was unsure on what suited me, she did her best to advise and style it to perfection!! So so happy with the results. I will definitely be back xx

My pamper day at Saks was the perfect experience. Zoe is meticulous, professional and the ultimate kind and attentive beauty therapist. I had a whole package of treatments, manicure, pedicure, lashes coloured, brows and waxing. I left feeling relaxed and totally pampered. Thank you for fitting me in for a bouncy blow dry too ladies. You are all awesome x

I forgot the woman’s name who did my hair she was blonde but she was so sweet and did such a good job doing my hair and I got many compliments when I went to my prom definitely will be coming back x

Amazing service I think the therapist was Zoe and she went over and above to help me solve my issue of booking at the wrong salon. All Staff were friendly and helpful and offered refreshment drinks

I love getting my hair done by Victoria!!! She’s always so kind and I really appreciate that we discuss how I want my hair done and make sure we’re both on the same page. She always does my hair so beautifully and I can never fault her work!
