Had a lovely Blow dry by Zoe today. She was so patient and gentle when shampooing. I had some tangles in my hair and she managed to get them out. She gave me a fab Blow dry. I have thick wavy hair and she worked wonders. I look forward to my next visit to Head first.

Helen listened to what I wanted she did a fantastic job on my hair and better. I walked out of the salon smiling I had a lovely experience. Thank you I'm a happy customer 😊

I initially had a complimentary consultation with John last week, and I was so impressed by his manner and the time he spent looking at my hair and discussing what I wanted. John was so professional and really reassuring and I left the salon feeling really confident and looking forward to my appointment! I went back yesterday for a lengthy colouring process and cut and blow wave, and I received the same level of professionalism, care and attention as on my previous visit! I'm absolutely delighted with my new colour and cut and blow wave, and I can honestly say that I will be recommending John to my friends and family! Thank you John! You have really restored my faith in customer service and hairdressers!!!

I have been going to headfirst for about 5 years and i have never been disappointed. All the staff is really friendly and Stephen always leaves my hair looking beautiful and healthy.

Care and attention as usual, listened to my request for a change and made a great contribution. I left the salon with an excellent new cup and a genuine smile.

He is absolutely amazing , Richard is the only person who understands my hair hence why I’ve been going to him 20 years plus !

I’ve been coming to Headfirst since the early 90s, might even be late 80s! Since Jeremy moved to Harrogate Road, Richard has been my stylist. He knows when it comes to hair I’m useless so he takes all the difficulty out of a trip to the Hairdressers for me. He keeps me entertained too! Value for money and a lovely salon, I can’t see me going anywhere else! Thank you!

Waited over ten years to return to my favourite hair salon & just when you think you cannot improve on perfection Headfirst surpasses it. After living in Norfolk for over 10yrs it was fabulous to return and have my favourite stylist Richard and also be welcomed back by Jeremy. It was lovely to relax and know that you were in trusted hands and have the best salon experience 💕

This is the second time I have had my hair done at Head First, both times have been with Tasha who is absolutely amazing! All the staff here are so friendly.

Before my first appointment I had a colour consultation and Tasha discussed about how we could achieve the look.
At both appointments my hair has come out even better than I could have imagined! There is no being made to feel uncomfortable and you’re always given great advice on what works and won’t work.

Another fabulous hairdo all curly and bouncy this time.
Definitely recommend Headfirst.
