John did a great job as always and my daughters hair looked fabulous, she was really happy with it.

This was my first appointment for a complex colour and cut, following a complimentary consultation with John.
John was so attentive and took a real interest in my hair and what I wanted to achieve, and so reassuring that I immediately felt at ease! My appointment went ahead as planned on the 10th of January, and to say that I left the salon feeling really confident and very happy with the outcome is an understatement! Thank you so much John! I am really looking forward to my next appointment with you!!

Richard is a great stylist and very personable. He pays attention to what the client wants and advises on what is likely to work best.

I was very disappointed, they were rude, they didn't ask any kindness and I almost didn't take my coat off. this is not a salon but a factory. the person we booked with didn't even do our hair. I was 99% confused, there was a small smile from 2 other guests. all I was told to do was to put my foot down. she holds me straight, she can't cut it in any other way, if I look up, so that the hairdresser is more comfortable, it was terribly disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. we usually go to the hairdresser to get a little update, and in between to share our doubts and witness, I think we also give them a little bit of psychology. but I'd rather forget the factory workers. But I've learned.

Had a lovely Blow dry by Zoe today. She was so patient and gentle when shampooing. I had some tangles in my hair and she managed to get them out. She gave me a fab Blow dry. I have thick wavy hair and she worked wonders. I look forward to my next visit to Head first.
