As always, I had a great experience at the salon today and came out very happy.

As I was reminiscing, I worked out I’ve been a Customer of Headfirst since the early 90s, when Jeremy had his first Salon. Nothing has changed. Love it here, Richard is excellent. Nothing more to say! Thank you!

My first trip to the hair salon was a fabulous experience! I was a bit nervous at first but John and Jasmine were super nice to me and made me feel excited to have my hair cut for the first time. John gave me a really nice hairstyle and I couldn’t believe how lovely my hair looked. I was so happy! I made sure my mummy promised to bring me here again.

I don’t often leave reviews so the fact that I am tells you I’m impressed!

From the moment I walked through the salon doors I was made to feel welcome and left feeling a million dollars thanks to Zoe’s expert colouring skills which completely transformed my hair.

I entered with very outgrown, roots that have started to sprouted and more whites and a balayage that was brassy and in desperate need of some tlc and frizzy, curly hair that I had left to dry naturally.

As requested Zoe worked her magic on my hair in the form of baby thin highlights and root smudge which softened everything and gave my hair just enough of a trim (not too much) to get rid of those pesky split ends followed by a blow dry.

This resulted in me leaving the salon having said goodbye to my white/grey/brassy frizz and hello seemless, golden sheen with a sunkissed look I was after.

All in all I am over the moon both because I’m in love with my hair and because I’ve now found a fantastic hairdresser and we all know how important one of those is!

Brilliant experience at the salon today with John and Zoe. Both were very professional and friendly, and John was an absolute delight! I love my new haircut and colour. I felt listen to when explaining what I wanted and as a result I left super happy with the result. With the new customer discount it was such good value. I've definitely found myself a new salon.
