First-time visitor at Headfirst and I had a great experience with Katie. She did exactly what I asked for with both the colour and the trim, which I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to find a hairdresser who truly listens and delivers. Katie was also lovely and professional. I’d highly recommend her!

I was quite upset this time with staff behaviour towards me. After my root color application I was taken upstairs to put under heat. That’s what they always do to me only. I don’t know why? So this time as always I was asked do you want anything so I replied coffee and some magazines would be nice but no one return to give me anything. After more than half an hour to remind them that I am still there. Then the reply I got is we got busy downstairs.

As always a full consultation before deciding on cut and colour. Superb cut and correct colour choice. Extremely happy with the service, as usual the salon was buzzing, everyone is friendly and welcoming. No complaints about anything.

I love the way Natasha cuts and styles my hair, she knows exactly how I like it. Highly recommend her and everyone in the salon is friendly

Ellie was very friendly and made me feel at ease. The head massage was particularly wonderful when applying the conditioner. My cut was neat and tidy.
