I've been coming here for years and I always look forward to it. I am greeted with a smile by all staff, which sets to tone for to entire appointment. All staff are wonderful and I have had 3 stylists whilst here and I must say they have all excelled. With my hair type, that is saying something. Ellie was chatty and attentive and very professional. I observed the same behaviour towards other clients and everyone appreciated her warmth. She professionally applied their Fabriq keratin treatment to my long hair and it looks fabulously sleek and hopefully will stay so for the next few weeks! Would highly recommend!
