Emilia went above and beyond today to do the most beautiful and subtle colour lift I wanted. She is passionate about her expertise in colour and she must have put a hundred highlights through, rather than defaulting to an easier or quicker option. I am super happy with the salon experience and the results her hard work and care has produced for my hair.

Kate is very skilled at bringing out the best when colouring, cutting and styling my hair which is quite fine . My hair style continues to look good for many weeks afterwards.

It was a great pleasure!

I had booked an appointment to have my hair put ip for a special occasion as a treat
Late was lovely and I said she could do whatever updo style she felt would suit me and my only Stipulation was to make sure it was very well pinned as I have bouncy strong hair that’s hard to manage
I arrived for my 4pm appointment and was back in the car before 4.20 and my hair had completely failed and fallen down by the time I arrived home ! I was so upset as time was against me and as so much hairspray had been used on my hair I had to completely rewash and dry etc and had to go to my ball with nothing having been done with my hair so very disappointed

Emelia was so nice, her knowledge of colour was amazing I trusted her fully really enjoyed the appointment, she was passionate about colour which I appreciated as I had tricky black box dye- Abi the lady who washed my hair was also so lovely and enthusiastic

I saw Ruby today and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She spoke through everything she was doing and ensured we were on the same page the whole way through. So happy with the result. Thank you!

I was listened to both by colourist and by kate who cit my hair .I've had days worth of colleagues commenting on how nice my hair looks .Also I've switched to the hair products as advised which very quickly improved the condition of my hair .Overall very happy with my haircut and colour .

Ellie is friendly and helpful and gives good advice. I am always pleased with my cut and with her ideas. We also have a laugh!

I can’t thank Emelia enough for my hair colour and cut; and my daughters too, I’ve never been happier walking out of a hairdressers! Emelia listened carefully to what I wanted, she gives great advice, explains in detail what she is going to do and why, the consultation is really professional. She is warm, friendly and so passionate about colouring you know you are in the best hands. The results are fantastic, I’m 45 and my hair has never looked healthier, my daughter has really tricky thick hair and Emelia has made her feel confident and proud. Her hair is manageable, under control and she looks amazing! Emelia is also really good at giving you ideas for styling and keeping your hair in good condition until your next appointment. I’ve never looked forward to a hair appointment before, but that has all changed because of the trust Emelia has built by taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted and she stayed true to that as well as making sure my hair got what it needed to be healthier long term.
