Best hairdresser ever!

I can’t thank Emelia enough for my hair colour and cut; and my daughters too, I’ve never been happier walking out of a hairdressers! Emelia listened carefully to what I wanted, she gives great advice, explains in detail what she is going to do and why, the consultation is really professional. She is warm, friendly and so passionate about colouring you know you are in the best hands. The results are fantastic, I’m 45 and my hair has never looked healthier, my daughter has really tricky thick hair and Emelia has made her feel confident and proud. Her hair is manageable, under control and she looks amazing! Emelia is also really good at giving you ideas for styling and keeping your hair in good condition until your next appointment. I’ve never looked forward to a hair appointment before, but that has all changed because of the trust Emelia has built by taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted and she stayed true to that as well as making sure my hair got what it needed to be healthier long term.

Lovely atmosphere, very relaxing, great hair cut and colour! It’s the first time in my life that I book a regular appointment due to the care I receive!

Ronnie is always friendly and very professional. She always knows what style, colour will suit me. I have complete trust in her suggestions and have never had any reason to be disappointed. Great lady.

I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! I travel from Spain and it’s worth every mile. Kate is fabulous at colouring, her cuts are perfection, and she always knows exactly what will suit me. Also, is super friendly and the overall experience is fab!

Ronnie and her team, as always, were amazing. I have been seeing Ronnie for close to 15 years and even after moving miles away, I travel to ilkley because she is the only Stylist who knows exactly what my hair needs, despite my high demands. She looks after me, makes me feel comfortable, and I trust her implicitly.

Ronnie is the best hairdresser I’ve ever come across. She has cut my hair short and long and always gets it spot on. She was also very understanding when I was very late recently because of a medical issue.

I was 15 mins late for my appointment but Ronnie was fantastic and was still able to fit me in to her very busy schedule. The whole team are fantastic and so friendly and helpful.

I called in on spec and was lucky enough to get appt with kate. I received a warm welcome as a new client. Kate listened to my requirements and was keen to meet my needs. Did an excellent blow dry. She recommended great product . Very friendly and professional. Thank you

I've been coming here for years and I always look forward to it. I am greeted with a smile by all staff, which sets to tone for to entire appointment. All staff are wonderful and I have had 3 stylists whilst here and I must say they have all excelled. With my hair type, that is saying something. All I can say is you are I'm safe hands with the stylists from here.

Ellie was chatty and attentive and very professional. I observed the same behaviour towards other clients and everyone appreciated her warmth. She professionally applied their Fabriq keratin treatment to my long hair and it looks fabulously sleek and hopefully will stay so for the next few weeks! Would highly recommend!
