I had my roots coloured by Issy (trainee) who did a perfect job. Wash, blow dry and straightened. Excellent.
Then a few days later I had wash, cut and blow dry by Millie who also did an excellent job.
I would certainly recommend this salon.

I have previously had my hair coloured by a trainee at Rubies. I received a call from another trainee Izzy to see if I would like my hair colouring. Izzy did an amazing job. She was supervised but did not really need much supervison. She was polite , friendly, listened carefully to what I wanted and very helpful with useful suggestions on getting my hair in better condition. I would definitely recommend Rubies even the trainees do a fab job!!

Ben spent twice to go through what style cans colours I wanted- gave brilliant advice. I felt a bit faint and he looked after me and Millie gave up her crisps for me!!

Well what can I say, first time I'd been to the hairdresser's for over a year and I must say I was feeling rather anxious. From making the appointment to arriving at the salon Annabelle, was nothing but courteous, caring, professional and understanding. She made me feel a little less anxious by moving me to a more private area, where I reviled my super unruly chemo curls, I was feeling extremely self conscious but Annabelle spoke with me, advised me in turn helping me to relax a little. She explained my options once decided what was the best course of action she worked her magic. I couldn't believe how much curls she actually needed to cut off, there were loads. Thank you so much Annabelle, you really are a godsend, thanks to you I walked out of the salon in public view without wearing a chemo turban for the first time in just under a year. Loyal. Can’t really remember when I first started with Ben (probably 12 years ago???). Anyways, I will follow him to the ends of this world. Aliyah was friendly and welcoming , she was being tutored by Millie while she was putting foils in . She did an excellent job and I am so pleased with the results . She looked after me so well and after having my hair cut by Millie a few days later , the final results were amazing .
Was having a colour change and as usual, put my trust in Annabelle who is so great when helping me choose and offering advice. Bit nervous as my hair was dark, but had every confidence in Annabelle. We decided on a balayage and I absolutely love it 😍
