My daughter had a Teenage Facial at Concepts carried out by beauty therapist, Miranda. The whole experience was fantastic and professional. The Facial was aimed at teenage skin and was very thorough. Miranda also offered expert advice on cleansing routine which was really helpful. My daughter loved it and will definitely be returning for another Facial soon.

I have been coming to concepts beauty and well being to get my eyebrows waxed for over a year now. Normally, my wishes have always been granted and my eyebrows have always been up to satisfaction. However today, I cane home after having my eyebrows done to find that they were uneven and one was larger than the other. As the woman, had taken off a large chunk of eyebrow hair on one side. I am very dissapointed and upset.

Lovely experience - hot shell massage. Nice and relaxing. Shame it had to end!

I've been a regular client at concepts since they moved to the larger premises. I've never had any cause to complain or be disappointed. Staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Always give good advise without being patronising. Treatments are all very reasonably priced. Thank you ladies for doing an amazing job

A lovely experience spoiled by the salon being too cold. I was also served a drink of water in a paper cup whereas I think a salon of this standard should be serving drinks in glasses. My therapist was lovely and couldn't fault the standard of the treatments (Destiny)

My appointment was moved 15 mins later & the voicemail to inform me was not received. Beautician was running 10 mins late & never apologised. I have heard while sitting at reception that "we will move that lady's appointment to make time for this extra treatment you want". I suspect "that lady" does not always get the message. Second time this has happened. Left with sticky wax still on my skin.

It was my 1st shellac manicure and I felt pampered.

Had a lash tint n lift today, wow amazing result. Love my now visible again lashes. Thankyou Laura.

Concepts is a friendly luxury salon from the moment you walk in , the treatment beds are especially luxuries , heated and so comfortable you feel in heaven!
Had a Guinot Beaute Neuve facial today amazing result driven pampering treatment .
