Another relaxing night spent at concepts.. thanks to Laura.. I could have laid on that heated bed all night. Laura and the team are all lovely and welcoming and really do create a relaxing environment for their customers. My eyebrows look amazing as always and my daughter is loving her new products purchased by mum! Thanks Laura your a fabulous therapist.

I had such a beautiful pregnancy treatment by Franca. You can’t always get comfortable when laying down whilst pregnant but Franca ensured I was always in a position I felt most comfortable and relaxed. I can’t wait to come again! Thank you so much

I telephoned to make an appointment for two treatment before my holiday and made arranged times. Later in the morning I was telephoned to bring the appointments forward. I agreed. When I arrived the girls did not know of appointment times and I felt rushed and as though I was an inconvenience. I do not have a complaint against either of the girls, just your booking system. They were ovviously very busy.

I attended for intimate treatments for the first time. Charlotte really made me feel at ease. She talked to me the whole way through. She was very thorough & very quick with the treatments & the results are amazing. I definitely recommend Charlotte for these treatments.

Laura is a superstar and she gives the best massage ever! I would highly recommend Concepts to anyone. There is a real feel of family there and all the therapists make you feel at home and the treatments are amazing.

Franca was brilliant give me lots of information about my skin and what I should and shouldn't do which some of them I didnt know some rrally good advice. Lovely scalp and face massage too. Had a really nice chat with her.

Absolutely what I’ve been searching for! Amazing deep tissue massage which I have needed for months. This isn’t for the faint-hearted as it’s exactly what it states on the tin, but for aching muscles and fatigue/pain it’s wonderful. Charlotte is a very experienced therapist who has a lovely personality and puts you at ease. Beautiful salon. Highly recommended.

As usual, service and treatments were first class in a lovely warm environment and everyone is always friendly and welcoming. I've been visiting Concepts since the early years, when it was next door. I will never go anywhere else for my treatments and love seeing Franca and our conversations. All the girls are fab there and make sure you book a visit as you are in for a treat

Andrea made me feel really relaxed from start to finish! I’m not someone who goes for massages regularly so wasn’t sure what to expect but was given this as a gift and loved every second of it. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend :)

Had the new facial with Laura. 90 minutes of bliss.
Wanted to sleep after but as well as feeling pampered this one also treats your skin so win win.

As always, I was made extremely welcome, the treatment was assessed in terms of my needs. I felt amazingly relaxed at the end of my treatment.

I booked for a brow tidy up and tint and when I booked online I read if a patch test was required I would be contacted. I wasn’t contacted so I went for my appointment. I had the disappointment of not been able to have them tinted. So my pre birthday night out preparations have all been thrown out now having to go into town for brow tinting. I understand why it’s necessary but was disappointed. I should have been contacted by the salon like the website says.

Absolutely gorgeous massage. Sorted me out after a stressfull few weeks of exams. Nikki made me feel really comfortable especially as I was only in my underwear. She was very respectful and professional
